Welcome to the Pelican loft, one of four beautiful new condos in the low density, hi end Waterway Place lofts. The Pelican Loft at WaterWay Place is located in the trendy Waterway Village. This beautifully appointed loft offers a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a luxurious King bed, and modern bathroom. Relish in the natural light and gentle breeze flowing through the 2 elegant sliding doors. The Pelican Loft is pet friendly (see details); a $25 nightly pet fee to be added during booking.


Conveniently located above The Galway Irish Public House, indulge in fantastic outdoor/indoor dining experiences. Explore the area by foot or bike, including the inter-coastal waterway. Waterway Village invites you to walk, or bike, to restaurants, music venues, Meyers Park, yoga studios, coffee shops, the Gulf State Park, and of course the inter-coastal and Gulf beach. We are pet friendly (1 pet) with a $25 daily pet fee to be paid at booking.

We enjoyed our stay here, very clean and comfortable. It's close to everything. The place was quiet even though the rooms were located on top of the pub. Tried the food from there on iuur last night and it was delish! Thank you for having us.

Quiet and Comfy

The Loft was cute and had just the right amount of space for us. My small pups had a great time as well. We loved the convenience of it. Easy to clean and the washer/dryer really helped!

Great location

Walking distance to alot of stuff. Short drive to Walmart, Wharf, Beach and Tanger. No problems with noise at all from the restaurant downstairs or other guests. Very quiet neighborhood. The Pelican Loft was clean the bed is very soft. Had a great stay will stay again. Host is very accommodating.

The loft was super convenient and homey. The layout of the loft was ideal. Super clean with nice furniture and upgrades. Perfect for a single person stay or a couple.

Nice property, in quiet neighborhood and close to business and restaurants. I would have given 5 stars but cleaning needs improvement. The floor was dirty and walking barefooted or with socks was a no-no. Some of the kitchen utensils were also dirty. Attention from the cleaning crew within occupants transition in this areas is recommended.

the bathroom was not clean, specifically the toilet was nasty and shower doors were not clean. the sheets were clean but the comforter was not clean. Pillow shams were stained and had the wrong size pillows in them. NO KEURIG! spend the $$ and buy a Keurig that is combo for pods and coffee pot. the area around the bed and night stands were dusty and gross and had dead vermin. the mattress needs replacing it is breaking down on the sides and it is TOO soft. The couch has so many stains on it we did not sit on it. you should have to stay in your own rental a few times a year to appreciate what your renters experience. Jan1&2 2026

Nice unit, but…

Beautiful new, nicely furnished unit. Convenient location. We had a misunderstanding though with the unit we stayed in & it took us over 1 1/2 hours to reach one of the co-owners after we arrived to get our question answered. The host was overseas & wasn’t available to us. Things that could have made our stay much better…After arrival we found a dirty towel hanging in our bathroom from a prior guest, & the floors were dirty with our feet & socks getting black residue on them after just a few minutes in the unit. A few simple changes could have been made to make this a 5 star stay.
