Great location

If you wanna go to SeaWorld, it is the best place to stay. It is right down the road from the park right down the road from Publix right down the road from basic restaurants, clean friendly, neighbors, beautiful setting beds are a little hard but everything else is perfect.

Property was a little dated. Cleaning team wasn’t very good. Had to wash shower curtains due to dirt and grime. Rewash pots and utensils. Some furniture was broken. Host was very responsive but need to update the property. Just was expecting more for the money compared to other places I have stayed.

Check-in was easy, but communication with the host was poor. I messaged three times about getting an extra blanket for our group of four and never received a response. Also, there was trash under the bunk bed, which made the place feel less clean.

Unit was very spacious and decorated nicely. Beds were comfortable. We did have an issue with the master bathroom sink being clogged but after contacting the property manager it was resolved the next day. We saw a couple of bugs and it would have been nice to have more bath size towels. Our biggest concern was we noticed on several occasions that some cars were not using the code for the security gate to enter the complex but closely following the vehicle in front of them to get through or flew through the exit gate that remained open.

Perfect place to relax and call home for the week

Best VRBO experience ever! Loved the clean, beautiful apartment!! Was able to cook in the well stocked kitchen. Great location. I’d definitely stay again. Host was extremely responsive and was available any time I connected day or night!

An acceptable substitute for a hotel

There was plenty of room and amenities for our family of four. We chose this VRBO over another due to reviews of bed comfort. The queen bed in the master bedroom was a tad stiff but overall better than some hotels we’ve stayed in. Other than that, it was good for a five day stay.

Easily accommodated our five family members. Clean and inviting. Gated complex, quiet at night, a nice arrange of amenities including the pool, friendly community. Good location for short drives to theme parks. Easy communication with host to answer questions. Will definitely stay again!

Exactly as described

Property was very clean and in a location that was just a few minutes from everything. Pictures are exactly what the unit looks like. Property manager was very quick to respond to any and all questions that I had. There was one maintenance man that we talked to each morning while he collected trashed and he was very polite and helpful also. Great place to stay for a family.

Pros: the host is responsive, the air conditioner worked well, the pool area was great and the location was okay. Cons: this apartment is a perfect example of how good pictures can deceive you. It was a nice apartment but it is in desperate need of a deep clean. We didn’t turn on the ceiling fans because the blades were coated in dust. The baseboards were also caked with dust. The fridge didn’t work upon arrival and we had to find the instruction manual online to figure out what setting needed to be changed to get it to work. The worst part was that the apartment does have German Cockroaches. We saw no less than fifteen during our stay. We brought our air fryer and ended up throwing it away before we left. We also had to go to great lengths to make sure we didn’t pack any of them in our suitcases. We stayed fifteen nights because our son was having a procedure at a local hospital so the roaches added alot more stress to an already stressful trip. We will not be staying here again on our next trips to Orlando. I also do not recommend it to anyone else looking for somewhere to stay in Orlando.

Beautiful property well designed. Property had roaches. More than one. Clearly German cockroaches. I’m soaking my stuff in peppermint and tea tree oil just in case. They NEVER came to deal with it even though I told them about it about four different times during my stay and even gave them suggestions. I went out myself and bought stuff to deal with it in addition to the stuff I brought with me. They did nothing. They were quick to charge me for late check out and ask me for a good review though. I just got off the phone with customer service. They’re working on at least a partial refund. Beware. Next time, I don’t know how comfortable I am with a VRBO property. That I didn’t have an anxiety attack is a miracle. I can’t do that again. I may just opt out of VRBO from now on because of this one host. When you book, before you book anywhere ask questions; namely do you have the property treated for pests regularly. Get it in writing. Call customer service after reaching out to the host if they do nothing. I didn’t feel like moving because I was already partially unpacked—— but that sucked.
