Welcome to a cozy and refreshed 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit in the heart of Billings, Montana! Perfect for couples or families, this unit has been newly updated with modern furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout. As you step inside, you`ll be greeted by a bright and welcoming living area, complete with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

This spacious home boasts a fully equipped kitchen and backyard BBQ, perfect for preparing delicious meals for family and friends. There are two kitchen tables, both sit 4 people.

Two comfortable living rooms and sitting areas provide ample space for relaxing and unwinding, with a comfy couch and plush furnishings creating an inviting atmosphere throughout the home.

Enjoy your favorite shows or movies on a large high-definition television (55 inch) upstairs and a second large 65in downstairs (perfect for gaming and movies).

In the bonus room you’ll find an arcade game (PAC-MAN + 12 other games), a large size Connect-4, and foosball table.

Whether you`re here for a family vacation, a business trip, or simply to explore the beauty of Billings, our stylish home is the perfect choice for your stay.

Guests will have access to the home and backyard, please note the backyard is shared with the unit behind the house (detached ADU is in the backyard) and guests in that unit must pass through the gate to get access to their unit.

Inside, you`ll have access to the upstairs which consists of two bedrooms, living room, bathroom (shower/tub combo), and the kitchen. Downstairs you’ll find the other two bedrooms, the second living room, and the bonus “game”/“arcade” room

Myself and the team will be around, you may notice us working on the remodel of the basement, doing yard work, or working on one of the nearby units.
Only normal power consumption is provided, if atypical power usage is consumed during your stay, you will be charged the excess amount.

Quiet time is between 10pm and 7am per the city regulations. This includes hot tub use and sauna use.

Love the hot tub!

We loved the hot tub!! Also beds comfy and house was clean! A nice area in the basement for the teens to hangout and plenty of space. Would stay again.

Older house but very clean, modern air conditioning, comfortable beds and high speed internet. Didn’t use the hot tub but it’s new and well-maintained. Only negative is a need to update cooking pots and pans.

Very nice stay

House was great for our family of 8! The kids loved the game room and living room area downstairs! Very neat and clean, kitchen had everything needed for the stay. We would definitely stay again! Neighborhood was great too!

The property is well maintained and clean. The kitchen is a little small so there won't be a lot of people in the kitchen while cooking. I would rent this property again in the future.

Easy check out!

The 4 bedroom house has great entertainment options. The best part is the checkout requests are nearly nonexistent! No more getting up hours early to strip bedding and start laundry! Note there is not a dishwasher so pack some paper plates.

First house rental

Quick Stay

We were there for a wrestling tournament. Property manager arranged for us to make sure we could get in a hr early (with late wrestling and dinner, we wouldn’t get in until close to midnight). Our last two VRBO’s in other cities had door issues due to prior renter damage. Entry here was simple and we appreciated just being able to drop our stuff and set our mind at ease. We were up and out early so not much time spent there. Neighborhood was quiet. Would have loved to relax on the patio area if we had been there with more time. This would be a good place for a traveling family that needs space.

Upstairs is fabulous - Basement is a work in progress

Our family had a lovely stay. There were a total of 6 of us staying at the property, entry was easy on check in. It was Hot outside and main ceiling fan never did work. Mobile air conditioning in main room needed the filter cleared before it was operational. Fortunately we are a mechanical family and we got it to run. As long as it is operational, inside air is quite pleasant when it is hot outside. Basement air quality may bother some people who have sensitivities.

Good and bad

House was fine but the basement had a very bad smell. Like it had water damage at one time. Basement did get very warm. Upstairs was nice temperature. I don’t think any of the fire alarms had batteries and there was only 8 towels inside for a five day stay. The egress window covers seemed to be bolted down. Air conditioning broke but was fixed in a short time so that was great. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Had lots of great pillows. Game room was fun for the kids. Good clean furniture. Price was good for the size of the house.
