The main level features the living room, kitchen, master bedroom/bathroom, a guest bathroom, and a private office. The lower level features 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a wet bar, and a custom entertainment area with a gorgeous view.

Wonderful stay for a winter family visit

We came for a month to welcome our new granddaughter whose family lives locally. The location was perfect, and the house very comfortable. We would recommend it!

Beautiful home with great views

This home was perfect for our family getaway. It was very clean and had all the Amenties we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The views were beautiful and the neighborhood was very nice. I highly recommend this home for a vacation stay.

Everything was easy, from booking to check-in, and to checking out. The owner was fantastic, always quick to respond to my few questions. Overall, will book again when in Billings and we are there a few more times for baseball in the next couple years. Thank you!!!

Family time

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the house very much! The master bedroom could use blinds or curtains but it is a beautiful room. We also enjoyed the deck and outside views but there weren’t any chairs out. The house nicely updated and very comfortable. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful home, well furnished. Scenic views. Everything was wonderful. One suggestion - to leave a shovel and something to care for icey sidewalks- for guests to use.

Beautiful home up in the Rims with beautiful views from the back yard! The host was attentive and responsive! The best thing was Mule deer that hung out around the house - I won’t say where because I don’t want to ruin the surprise. ;-). But keep your eyes peeled! We took cool hikes to the four dances area and the swords park trail which has cool history. You can even hike in the back yard!

Comfy enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and very cool - nice views. Easy communication with owner. Some issues with door/entry codes. If I was being really picky, I would say there is no TV in main bedroom, no coffee table or any tables in living room so just a big couch in there, not very many towels and some other expected amenities like toiletries etc but nothing that is a major issue or really affected our stay.

Pretty darned good stay!

Property was as expected. Very nice! Kitchen amenities were just what we needed. The only feedback we had, for being a larger group, was the requirement to eat only in the kitchen/dining area but the kitchen chairs were not super sturdy and the dining table only sat four. So we had to eat in shifts. And the overall temperature of the house was pretty cold. Couldn't change the thermostat and it was in the teens/single digits for temps that weekend outside. Made for some chilliness in the house. Outside of that this was an excellent stay. Property owner was accommodating and we really enjoyed it!

Glad you enjoyed your stay! We hope you can come again. Correct, the kitchen table is the same table as shown in the photos. The 4 main chairs are sturdy, however, the 2 bar stools can tip if not careful. There are extra chairs and bar stools downstairs (different type) that can be used. Yes, it was cold outside around that time. Please note that the EcoBee thermostat is fully adjustable. Sorry to hear you were having issues operating it. I did send a couple of check-in messages during your stay, but did not hear back. In the future, please feel free to reach out to me directly with any questions and/or concerns as we are always looking for ways to improve the property and our guest's experience. Thank you : )

Great Sunsets

Overall the property is very nice with tasteful updates. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances. The master suite was amazing and the views overlooking alkali creek area were incredible and the deer greeted us every morning. I would highly recommend this property to future visitors to Billings.

We had a great time in Billings at Panoramic Hills. The house looks exactly like it does in pictures. The house is comfortable with every thing you need. Communication was fast and host was very responsive. I would absolutely recommend to stay there and would stay again!
