Sailmaker 701 is a stunning three-bedroom oceanfront oasis located in the private Summer Beach Community on the south end of Amelia Island near the Ritz Carlton.
Upon entering the property guests are greeted by a beach-themed retreat all on one level with an open floor plan and panoramic ocean views. This rental is designed for friends and family to gather with a comfortable oversized sectional and dining designed for six.
The main living area also offers a large TV with online streaming options through YouTube TV.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials including pots/pans, cookware, bakeware, a toaster, a blender, and two coffee makers offering both drip and pods.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, dresser, TV, desk, attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, floor to floor-to-ceiling windows allowing the ocean views to spill through. Sliding glass doors off the bedroom lead you directly to a private patio where you relax and take in the view!
The second bedroom includes a Queen bed a dresser, TV, dresser, and closet with an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The third bedroom has King bed and a closet.
This rental includes a washer/dryer along with beach gear for your convenience.
This private gated community provides a paved path and boardwalk over the dunes that make accessing the beach quick and simple. An outdoor shower is close by to rinse off.
Fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and one sponge.)
Two parking spots are available.
