Wintertime offers peace and quiet on the lake and nature's beauty all from the comfy confines of the home's large living room with large picture windows

We love the large lakefront lawn, beach, and dock on our semi-private lagoon on a quiet section of the lake. There are 3 Eagles that hang out on trees next to the property and we have watched them hunt fish a few times. We kayak and paddleboard daily, even during the wintertime months.

We have many life vests in multiple sizes.

For summertime fun, if you have a small boat, there's a public boat launch on the lake and the dock can accommodate up to a 22' boat. Stay on land and in the large grassy area to run around and play games like Bocce and Cornhole which are provided.

Ground-level deck with huge sectional couch, and dining table, grill up a great dinner with gas BBQ and finish off with smores as you sit around the gas fire table. We have had many memorable dinners here. Enjoy terrific sunset views over the lake while relaxing in the Hot Tub.

Inside, the home features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus a large loft area with triple bunk beds that can sleep up to six kids. One bedroom has a Queen-size bed, another has a full size double bed, and the primary bedroom has a king-size bed. Heated floors in two of the bathrooms. Plenty of bath and beach towels available. Beach blankets too. Mini-split for AC in the family room to stay cool during those hot summer days

Wifi included. Three large-screen smart TV's for your entertainment: one in the living room, primary bedroom, and in the loft area. Feel free to log into your own Netflix or other apps to watch programming. Cable TV is also included as well. Loads of games and puzzles for some quality family time.

Well-stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, french press, and tea kettle along with many spices and all the tools to BBQ. Dishwasher, microwave, and gas range. Full-size washer/dryer with iron and ironing board.

Large driveway can accommodate several vehicles. The area has many great hikes/trails. 15 minutes into Fairhaven with great restaurants and shops, and 15 minutes to Larabee beach. Only minutes from the famed Chuckanut Drive.
