We are new to this booking platform, but be reassured, we are experienced hosts and have a fab track record!
The apartment is perfect for short or long business trips, walking distance to Farnborough Exhibition & Conference Centre, and a ten-minute drive to Farnborough Airport.
We offer a relaxing space, which is better than a boring hotel room. Rustle up toast and Lavazza coffee for breakfast in our fully equipped kitchen, cook a meal, or pop out to the local takeaways and restaurants. Stay in and watch your favourite series on Netflix or Disney+
Need a workspace? There's a desk, ergonomic office chair, fast broadband and monitor, with VGA and HDMI cables
The apartment has a separate bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a comfortable cosy bed with white linen, soft towels, blackout blinds, wooden shutters, gorgeous handpicked soft furnishings, stylish furniture, fully equipped kitchen and dedicated workspace with ergonomic chair and Dyson purifying fan.
Comfortable apartment
It's a place to chill out, curl up in front of the TV, listen to your favourite tunes on the connected speaker, or read one of our books. We have great neighbours; this is an apartment in a small building, and not a place to host parties!
Parking
There is one designated parking space in our carpark, it's big enough for a car, but too small for a van. If you need additional parking, there is a pay and display carpark.
Fully equipped kitchen
Our kitchen is fully equipped, so you can rustle up a meal, we supply the basics, to top up there is local Budgens around the corner, or Asda and Sainsburys supermarkets a short drive away. There's a fridge and freezer, and containers so you can freeze anything you cook or want to store, if you are staying longer.
The local area, places to eat drink and play
We are in North Camp, close to the apartment there are great restaurants like Il Colosseo, as well as pubs, bars, and plenty of places to eat and drink. There are loads of cuisines to choose from like Indian, Chinese, Italian and Greek and good old fish and chips. Some places offer takeaways that you can collect, or even better get your meal delivered!
We are a mile to Central Farnborough, where you can shop at Princes Mead shopping centre, catch a movie at Vue Cinema or go bowling.
The rental is for the whole apartment, plus a dedicated parking space for one car in our private carpark.
The Apartment is on the first floor of a newly renovated Victorian building. We made the space modern, but you need to climb the narrow staircase to reach your destination!
Our central location is great for access to the Exhibition Centre, rail links and Farnborough Airport, access to the property is from the rear, the apartment looks over the main road. For your comfort we added thermal blackout blinds, and beautiful wooden shutters to give you a great night's sleep, plus a Dyson fan to cool you down on warmer days.
Sustainability is important to us, so we operate a smart home connecting our heating and electrical devices to turn them off when the apartment is empty, or for example, turning heating off if the windows are opened.
Our smart home is controlled via a pair of motion sensors, further info can be found in our sustainability notice in the apartments kitchen. We do not have cameras or decibel meters in the apartment.
Doing our bit for the planet
We aim to do our bit for the planet, so where possible we have added sustainable touches. For example;
* We use Neatbcleaning products, free from nasty chemicals, and reduces single use plastics.
* We use a Lavazza coffee machine, leave your used pods in the apartment and we will get them composted.
* We have some smart tech in the apartment, it won't impact your stay but helps reduces electricity consumption.
* We used a Nordic slow fashion brand, Broste for our tableware, dedicated to using natural materials, and recycling.
* We supply recycling bins so you can help recycle your waste during your stay.
* We fitted a special shower head to the shower, which increases water pressure and reduces water consumption.
*Our electricity comes from a provider who only supplies electricity from renewable energy sources.
