We stayed at the property for 5 days. What a beautiful and amazing place, to top that Luca was wonderful and kind. He had snacks and fruit at the house for us, location and view is absolutely top. We are going to definitely go back and stay at same place. I would give more than 10/10 if I could.

Fabulous villa with a beautiful view of Lake Como. Luca and Maria are wonderful hosts and they were very responsive to our questions before our arrival. Check in was seamless with Luca greeting us in the driveway as we pulled into the property. He also gave us a very helpful tour of the villa, with tips for running the appliances. We particularly enjoyed the modern kitchen where we appreciated home cooked meals after a week of hotel stays and eating out. From the villa, it’s an easy 10-15 minute walk to Bellagio, It was a treat to lounge on the quiet back deck mornings and evenings, admiring the landscaping and lovely view. We highly recommend and hope to return!!

Villa die Fiori was perfect for our family of four. So bright, clean and spacious with beautiful views of the lake. Very well equipped kitchen and handy washer and dryer plus parking on site. Easy walk to town. Luca was super communicative and helpful. Check in and check out were a snap. Highly recommend. We would love to return for a longer stay.

What a wonderful trip!!! Luca was so helpful and easy to get in contact with! The home was beautiful, clean and had gorgeous views! When we arrived they had fresh fruit, water and breakfast toast and jam available for us. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and we were able to wash and dry laundry. It was perfect for our family of 6! I would highly recommend this property!!

This villa and the location were more incredible than the description promised. The view from the villa was spectacular, overlooking Lake Como. The grounds were immaculately landscaped, with blooming plants everywhere. The rooms are large and bright, and furnished with all of the modern comforts. The amenities were thoughtful and plentiful. The location is convenient for strolling the area with a great neighborhood bakery/cafe/pizzeria and a local restaurant nearby. It's only a short walk to the center of Bellagio. Our host was super-communicative and very helpful in providing recommendations for local sightseeing and places to eat. We would not stay anywhere else when we return!

The place is stunning and a wonderful place to relax after exploring Lake Como. It’s quiet & tranquil which is nice after being around crowds of people all day. Waking up to that view every morning was incredible! It’s a nice walk to town, but if the weather calls for rain and wind, it can make the walk a bit more challenging. This is not a knock on the place or location, just a tip to make sure you’re prepared! We’d still choose this location 100% of the time! Luca was always responsive and made sure we had the essentials at the house waiting for us. Thank you, Luca!

What a gorgeous, well appointed, spotless villa to experience the beauty of bellagio!! Luca was exceptionally accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful trip for our group of 6 friends. It is a 10min walk to town with significant hills but thoroughly enjoyable!

Beautiful Villa in an Amazing Location

We stayed here with friends in May and had a wonderful time. Luca and Mary were excellent hosts and very responsive to any needs we had. The location on Bellagio is excellent and within walking distance to two different markets and the town center.

Wonderful Property

This is a lovely property that is close to everything, and far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Everything we needed and Luca was a wonderful host. Such a relaxing vacation.

The most beautiful place…..

The location was stunning. The villa was impeccably decorated and cleaned. Luca is a conscientious host. He provided lovely amenities during our stay. I would go back and stay again. The location was perfection!

We loved Luca & Mary's place

What an amazing place in Bellagio. Great views, great layout, great service, great for families, great location, great everything. We had such a great time in Lake Como. Luca was such a great host and we can't wait to come back to this property some day. Highly recommend!

Amazing villa

This property is beautiful and so convenient! We loved our stay and appreciated small touches like the stocked kitchen, quick response times when we had questions, and letting us drop our bags before the house was ready for check in. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone!

The best lodging experience ever!

Beautiful view, pleasant and helpful hosts, extraordinary interior decoration and design, extraordinarily kitchen stocked with all manner of spices and condiments, more varied pots and pans than at home. And far enough away from the craziness of Bellagio to be truly restful. In short: the best!

Stayed with 2 other couples. Plenty of space, amazing property manager. Quick walk to Bellagio and even closer to Pescallo. The grounds and the view were incredible.
