Beautiful newly remodeled and redecorated condo centrally located directly on Villa Sabine Bay on Pensacola Beach. Waterfront views from balcony, living room and bedroom. This well appointed 1br/1ba condo features fully equipped kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. Beach chairs, umbrella, 2 Kayak's and cooler are provided. All you have to do is bring the sunscreen and be ready to get your Salty Smile on!

Very cute and comfortable beach-themed condo, really cozy for 2 people.Fully stocked kitchen, the owners were responsive and helpful, even assisting us with check-in early.Bed was high quality and the place was sparkling clean.

Beautifully maintained condo. Very clean and provided plenty of room for my husband and I. The bed was oh so comfortable - we both fell asleep so easily. Decent view of the bay from the balcony. The chairs and umbrella in the storage bin were very helpful. Luxury perk of covered parking as well.

The place looked just like the photo. Super cute and perfect beach vibes. It had everything we needed, like a stocked kitchen, beach chairs, and an umbrella. It’s a quick walk to the beach, and we loved hanging out on the deck with a nice view of the bay. It was exactly the kind of break we needed. The hosts were awesome and super quick to reply, plus they gave us some great food recommendations. You have to try The Grand Marlin! We’ll definitely be back.

Long weekend

This condo was absolutely beautiful. Located within walking distance of the beach and the beach was not over crowded. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing time, this is the place for you!

Great little getaway

We absolutely loved staying here. The apartment itself was absolutely amazing, it was so comfortable and cozy. With it being an apartment I was skeptical that we would be able to hear the neighbors but we didn’t at all. The deck box was such a nice added bonus to be able to use the beach chairs and umbrella and things. The only downside which is At no fault to the owners at all, were the roaches all over the property. If you came back in the evening they were covering the stairs, and they were in the laundry room on the deck. We only saw them at night but we shook at all of our clothes when we washed them from paranoia. Again this is not the owners fault, they don’t manage the building. The parking lot also has a covered spot for your apartment but be prepared for someone to always be parked there. There were lots of visitors and someone parked in our assigned space often. These are things I want to share but please don’t let it fault the owners of the place. It was truly a wonderful place and if we come back to Pensacola we will for sure be staying here again.

Couldn’t Ask for More

This property was outstanding. Tastefully furnished with all furniture being in good/excellent condition. Kitchen appliances were great with a very well stocked and nicely organized cabinets. Nice smart TVs for easy app access. Balcony was great for a sunset viewing. The bed was super comfortable. Really couldn’t have asked for more. We will absolutely try to stay here on our next trip to Pensacola.

Love Pensacola

Our first visit to the Panhandle and Pensacola Beach was a great choice! The condo was excellent; very clean and beautifully decorated; has everything you need. A great location also! Will be back

A little piece of Heaven

Loved the view from balcony. Place was very clean and super stocked. Small walk away from Gulf side. Close enough to areas but not over crowded. Really enjoyed ourselves. Owners went alittle more and did special touches. Deco and place is actually what is posted online. Wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

Great Stay

We loved it here. It was a small complex and everyone was very friendly. It was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Within easy walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants

Blue Angels

First time to Pensacola area. Enjoyed variety of seafood establishments. Blue Angels homecoming show! Area is walkable with walking/ bike paths if wanted. Comfortable bed and furniture. Patio views of bay, tall chairs for unobstructed views.

Anniversary, birthday, and vacation getaway

My husband and I just loved our stay!!! We were celebrating (35) years of being married, my (68th) birthday, and our mini (4) nights, (5) days vacation. We stayed at the very beautiful, cozy, and well decorated condo 07/26/24-07/29/24. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne!! We just loved the extra touch that the hosts showed us by remembering it was a very special occasion for us! And, we enjoyed seating on the balcony every morning looking at the beautiful view of the bay. We will definitely book the same condo again in the future.

A wonderful place near the beach.

Once we got into the property, we were able to settle in very quickly. The beach is within five minutes walking distance. The property was well kept and the inside was beautiful. Great kitchen, great shower, and a wonderful view of the backside of the harbor. Worth trying out. Oh, there is a free trolley that stops just outside the unit. Catch a ride.

Cute and Cozy

Beautiful little condo with a gorgeous view of the bay and right across the street from a less crowded public beach. Our host was so accommodating, answering all of our questions in a timely manner and giving us great suggestions. We love Pensacola Beach, and this condo was a quiet little spot to spend the week. Close to shopping, dining, and everything Pensacola has to offer. We will definitely be renting this space again.
