Henlopen Condo unit 621- A newly renovated, southeast corner unit in the Henlopen Condominiums on the northern end of the boardwalk in downtown Rehoboth Beach. It has terrific views of the ocean from every room and you can enjoy the waves or Lake Gerar while relaxing on the balcony. The unit has just completed a total renovation including new floors, new bathrooms, all new appliances and a completely new kitchen with island and upscale quartz countertops and new fixtures.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, generous shower and dedicated make-up vanity. The hall bedroom has been enlarged and contains two double beds. There are three smart tv's in the unit. The living area boasts the largest screen (77 inches) as well as two convertible double sleep sofas. You can enjoy streamed movies using the high speed internet and have complete privacy in the unit with light blocking shutters on every window.

At the Henlopen, you will be able to enjoy the rooftop pool (in season) and will have access to one parking space in the underground garage.
