The Wyndham Kingsgate resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg and seven miles from Busch Gardens. The resort has a friendly staff that is available 24/7. The resort has 2 outdoor swimming pools, a indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tub, movie theater, picnic/BBQ area, game room, playground, miniature golf and two tennis courts.

The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom 3 bath furnished lock off condo. A 3 bedroom 3 bath lock off condo is a 2 bedroom deluxe and 1 bedroom combined like an adjoining room. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom, the second bedroom has a king size bed, the third bedroom has a king size bed and the unit has two queen size sofa sleeper in each living room. The condo will have 2 living rooms with a balcony in the 2 bedroom unit. This unit is about 1,600 square feet.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.

We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.

The resort does collect a daily $13.00 amenities fee per condo.

Our family of 6 (3 adults, 3 young children) traveled to Williamsburg for Homecoming at William & Mary, and we had a wonderful 7 day stay in the 2 bedroom 1 bedroom lock off on the second floor of Building 13! From the minute we booked we had access to the Guest Services team via text, over which they answered all of my questions around checkin, since we were coming in from the west coast arriving after 11pm. Once we checked in, we found the space to be large and perfect to allow us to cook breakfast every day before heading out to explore. The property is close to William & Mary, Colonial Williamsburg, and Busch Gardens, so we were central to everything we wanted to do. The units are equipped with a washer/dryer, allowing us to do laundry several times during our week-long stay. The kitchen had what we needed to make the 1-2 meals a day we planned on, with the grocery store nearby. The facilities on the property are also awesome: heated pool, campire, arcade... and close to Kidsburg park, an incredible playground that our 5, 3, and 1 year olds all loved! We will absolutely be staying here again in the future! THANK YOU for a wonderful experience!

Williamsburg Weekend

Have stayed at Wyndham Kingsgate many times. A very fun and family friendly spot for a Williamsburg getaway. Everything was smooth and this unit was perfect for our stay (4 adults, 2 children).

Great location

The property was clean and well stocked. The location was great for Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. The amenities were well used, especially by the teens in our group. It's a large resort, so check in was busy, but we only waited about 30 minutes for our condo to be ready. Overall a great place to stay with plenty of room to spread out.

Amazing for kids

Kids had a blast at the pool and arcade. The resort was accommodating and felt safe enough to let the older tweens roam on their own. They loved the arcade, putt putt, pool and hot tub. It was a great hub for when we were not at the amusement parks.

Great for vacation with adult children.

Accomodations allowed for privacy with a bathroom for each bedroom with king beds. Living room areas and kitchens provided nice gathering spaces. Multiple pools, gaming areas and outdoor courts and miniature golf were nice options for time spent at the resort. Close to Busch Gardens. Historic Williamsburg, Jamestown Settlement and Yorktown Battlefield.

Great stay for W&M graduation.

Great property for family during W&M graduation. Very clean and well maintained units. One air-con was not cooling day 1, and they had it fixed ASAP. Only semi complaint is the sales pressure at check-in to attend time share. Agent told me it was required. I had been warned about this process by Randall, said no multiple time emphatically, and eventually the agent gave up. Otherwise, perfect.

Coloniao Williamsburg

We came to the area to explore Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown & Busch Gardens. This condo was close to everything with plenty of restaurants close by. Our boys enjoyed this recreation center on site where they could swim & play games. We enjoyed our time there.

Great place… but,

Our stay was excellent over all and I would highly recommend the compound. It had a great playroom with arcade games, movie theater and an indoor pool with gym and sauna attached. The location is excellent too. Just about 10 min from the Colonial village and about a 20 min drive to the Fort. The only thing I don’t like was the pushy sales person who sells the time share also there was an extra fee for the amenities of about 20 for 3 days that we were there. But overall, a lovely place

Had a great time!

The area and resort were lovely! We came for fall break for our college kids, and our other grown children came, too. We had a blast, and the resort was awesome! We will be back! Matt was very helpful in guiding us through the process. I highly recommend it!

Very nice place!

The layout of the rooms was great. The connecting rooms allow for a couple of gathering spaces/uses, like having morning coffee while other parts of my family slept or playing a game while others watch TV in the other living room. It was perfect for a multi-family vacation. The resort has great amenities as well.

The property was wonderful and had everything that we needed. It is close to everything. Check in was fast. We had a problem with the keys working but the sent someone over and got it taken care of quickly. We loved our stay and would stay again.

Loved the Williamsburg are

The property is very convenient. Being forced to talk to the concierge after checking in to get the key is not so cool. The pressure to go to a “no pressure” sales presentation is pretty strong. The presentation otself is professional but uses a lot of subtle emotional pressure to buy something. But the unit itself and the lication were good.
