Enjoy this recently renovated 3-bedroom home directly across from the Williamsburg Winery. “Grape Views” is centrally located with just an 8 minute drive to Colonial Williamsburg/William & Mary campus, a 15 minute drive to Busch Gardens/Water Country, and less than a mile to the private Williamsburg Airport. Enjoy picturesque views of the winery whether dining in the newly remodeled kitchen or outside on the charming back patio.

Absolutely Wonderful

This house was so cute, clean, and comfy. The host thought of everything and had everything cabinet labeled. Everything was comfortable and very clean. Great location for all things Williamsburg and Jamestown. Would definitely stay here again.

Our entire family loved staying at Vineyard Views. The home is beautifully renovated and cozy with so many lovely little touches, from a welcome note and towels folded on the bed when we arrived to shampoo, conditioner and soaps for all and a Keurig complete with K-cups. The location across from the winery is beautiful and recommended walking routes helped us to enjoy the local scenery. Everywhere we wanted to go seemed to be no more than 15 minutes in one direction or another. Check in was seamless and the host was extremely responsive and accommodating. We expect to be back to Williamsburg often and we all will definitely be looking forward to staying again. Thank you!

Birthday Blast

We took our twin daughters up for a few days to have fun at Busch Gardens. This house was perfect for everything that we wanted! The girls each took a friend, so the 4 girls took over the bedrooms upstairs. We mostly ate at the house & the fully was more stocked than I expected!I don’t even know if I can list any constructive criticism. I was a perfect 3 night get away

We stayed at the house to enjoy a weekend in Williamsburg with our kids and another family. We were very happy with this house. It was renovated beautifully, organized, and comfortable. Every detail was thought through. The location was central to all the things we wanted to do too! Five stars

Convenient, Neat, Clean and Great Neighborhood

Fit our needs perfectly! We enjoyed the short drive to Williamsburg and the location in a rural setting. One suggestion is to provide some seating in the upper bedrooms. Liked the clean, uncluttered look of the house. Phil & Family

Perfect in every way

Great location. Private. Wonderful patio and yard that was perfect for enjoying the great outdoors. Everything was spotless. Best stocked VRBO our family has ever stayed in. Plenty of room for our family of eight. And Brandon was the perfect host - always timely and very responsive. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Williamsburg.

Home base for graduation weekend

Brandon's house was the perfect place for our family to stay over the W&M graduation weekend. We had plenty of space for everyone -- the kitchen was laid out nicely and had everything we needed. The house was immaculate when we arrived and we even had a nice welcome note from Brandon. The location was great, too. Only about 10 minutes to the campus and on a quiet street directly across from the winery. The back patio was perfect for dinner and hanging out. It helped that the weather was picture perfect! All in all, a great home base during our stay!
