Enjoy the Florida weather pool side at this 2-bedroom, 2-bath, single family home. This fresh, clean, tastefully decorated, well maintained pool home in Gulf Gate is available for a long or short stay and allows a small dog! The primary bedroom has a king size bed, double closets, 45" wall mounted TV, and en suite with walk-in shower. The second bedroom with queen size bed is just as cozy and the couch in the Florida room pulls out to a queen size bed making room for visitors.
Just a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Siesta Key and not far from downtown where you can take in the arts with shows, concerts, ballets, and all downtown Sarasota has to offer. With close proximity to Publix, Costco, Sarasota Memorial Hospital, The Legacy Trail, and great local Restaurants this location is convenient.
The screen lanai adds some outdoor living space with peaceful views of nature out back and the privacy fence gives just that from both side of the home. The large solar heated pool is the place to relax, kick back and live the Florida lifestyle. This home is equipped with most everything, you'll just have to pack your swimsuit and plan your stay here in Sarasota. Garage space to park one car.
