Ubicada en el muy buscado vecindario de Gulf Gate, a 2 millas de Siesta Key, ¡esta casa seguramente convertirá sus momentos en recuerdos! Este recientemente renovado, de 3 habitaciones y 2 baños, cuenta con planos de planta abiertos, encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y baños renovados. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king con baño privado. Las otras habitaciones cuentan con camas queen. Las puertas del patio se abren para resaltar un área de piscina serena, perfecta para entretenerse y descansar al sol. Si se ve obligado a trabajar en sus vacaciones, hay una gran oficina y un escritorio en la esquina con un televisor montado en la pared. El patio está completamente cercado, así que siéntase libre de traer a sus mascotas.

Chris was a very attentive and gracious host! The house was beautiful and perfect for our family’s visit to Sarasota. We enjoyed using the indoor and outdoor living spaces. The home’s location was perfect for visiting Siesta Key and downtown Sarasota.

We enjoyed our time at the Gecko house. The pool was wonderful and our dogs enjoyed the fenced yard. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was great! Chris was available for any questions we had and was very accommodating.

GREAT PLACE, BETTER HOSTS

We had a great time at this property. One minor issue while there and the hosts went out of their way to correct it and were gracious after it was fixed! We would love to stay here again. The beds were comfy and the house had everything we could have ever needed. The pool was wonderful. 5 STARS!

Great host and house

I stayed at Pool House Paradise for a week with my family. The house is super clean and fully equipped! The owner, Chris, was very responsive thru the stay and was kind enough to say hi when he was visiting the neighborhood. The location is great, very close to restaurants and supermarkets. We were all satisfied with the visit overall and planning to go back ASAP :)

Perfect location

This was a great week for us. We're in Sarasota several times a year, and this house is in the top 5. Great location and nice to have beach chairs and bikes. Great host and responded quickly to our questions. We love to cook, and the kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Love that the kitchen is a part of the space so cooks could be a part of all activities and watch movies with family while prepping food.

The perfect beach house!!

Great house!! Quick drive to the beach and neighborhood surrounded by shops, grocery stores and restaruants. The house was super clean and so well stocked. Such a beautiful kitchen, beds were comfy, we enjoyed the pool every day! Chris was the perfect host!! So attentive, immediate replies to messages and all his attention to detail made for a super smooth vacation! We can't wait to book this house again!

great location!

(i gave 5 stars because I understand its very important for the business) the house wasn't the cleanest but everything else was practically perfect. If you ask me if I would want to stop by again next year, i would probably like to come back again.

Modern & Fun Beach House

We opened the door to Pool House Paradise and immediately felt at home. It's open concept and streamlined, casually chic decor makes it the perfect beach getaway. The beds are all comfy and the bathrooms are pristine and white. Plenty of linens and beach towels (plus chairs, umbrella and even a cooler) to make it all turnkey. We loved the open kitchen and dining area and the pool is great too. Hosts Chris & Claire are super nice, gracious and accommodating. We look forward to our next visit to PHP! :-)

House is exactly as described! Great location, short drive to all beaches and stores! Very clean and master bed is very comfortable! Pool area is clean. Chris has the house well furnished with beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella! Awesome well stocked kitchen as well! Will definitely stay here again! Chris is super easy and efficient to communicate with! We did not want to leave!

This is the perfect getaway home

My family and I used this time and celebrated my sons High School graduation, my birthday, and my 25th wedding anniversary so we really wanted a home to getaway from it all. This home is so close to Siesta Key, shops, restaurants, and it’s still tucked away in Gulf Gate that it feels like a welcoming neighborhood anyone would want to live in. We had an amazing time and this home was everything we could have asked for. Christopher is a great host and responded quickly to a question I had. DO NOT hesitate to book this home if you want a comfortable spot to stay while you go to the beach and out to eat.

Lovely Pool House

Fantastic base for our 2 weeks summer break in beautiful Siesta Key and Sarasota. The house is very well presented and fully equipped, including beach chairs, parasol, trolley, BBQ, towels and even two push bikes. More than enough space for the four of us to spread out and relax. The beds were particularly comfortable. The stunning beaches of Siesta are just a few minutes away by car. (Free parking at the beach too - unheard of in the UK!) Chris and Clare were always on hand to answer any questions. Thanks

Dream Vacation

This was a dream vacation for my family! We've waited years for this and it exceeded our expectations in every single way. Could't have worked out better for 5 adults and 1 teen plus one little dog. Beautiful property inside and out and perfect location. Can't wait to go back and would absolutely stay in the same house! Perfect location for absolutely everything!! 5 stars all the way thank you so much for helping make our dreams come true. Priceless memories for all of us....my 83 year old parents had a blast too and as experienced traveler's were super impressed!!

Home away from home in Sarasota

Christopher is the perfect host. His property is spacious, clean and well appointed with everything you would need to enjoy your vacation with the comforts of home. The pool and lanai are a relaxing retreat especially if you enjoy the sun. Christopher is such a good host, he sent us a message as we were driving to Florida to ask if we might like a Christmas tree setup for our stay over Christmas. Very nice! The neighborhood is very walkable which worked well for us as our dog needs several walks per day. If you’re from the NY/NJ area as we are, there is a terrific Brooklyn style bagel shop within walking distance of the house. We will definitely be staying here again.

First visit to Sarasota

This was our first visit to Sarasota and wanted to be near siesta key and surrounding beaches. Pool house paradise met our expectations and more. We were no more then 20 minutes from many beaches. Supermarket and stores nearby and Chris was an amazing host, we didn’t have enough towels for our family of six so he ran out that same day to pick some up for us. The beach chairs that he provided broke while we were at the beach and the next day he had 3 brand new chairs at the front door. He also bought a stand up fan for me because I am always hot and my house is like s meat locker at home 😂. I can’t say enough great things. I will definitely stay at property that Chris snd his wife have. Amazing experience!

Perfect Location

This is our second time staying at one of Chris & Claire properties. We couldn’t be happier with how great they are. So kind and accommodating. Their properties have everything you need and are in great neighborhoods. A short drive to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend their properties!!!

We had such a great week. The house has a great layout for a family and was very clean. The property manager does an excellent job with communication. Location is so close to the great beach. I would absolutely stay there again.

Communication with owner

His interaction was excellent, he checked on how we were doing prior to arrival, we were delayed, car rental pick up, no staff. Owner actually stated that if he had a larger vehicle he would have picked us up, very caring, texted periodically. I would highly recommend

Transplants from Toronto, Canada, we have escaped the cold weather and fell in love with Sarasota FL! Our home is only 15 minutes to downtown, 5 minutes to Siesta Key, and a couple minute drive to the Gulf Gate Village shops and restaurants.
I have 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, and loved it so much, that we purchased this home (our 2nd vacation rental) to continue on the path. A link to our other vacation property is in the description. We live in Sarasota, and are quick to respond to any requests you may have during your stay. We hope you love our house as much as we do!
