The Space:
Immerse yourself in the refined simplicity of this beautifully designed home:
Ground Floor: The heart of the house, the kitchen/living room area, features polished concrete floors and high quality furnishings throughout. This space is both functional and inviting while offering plenty of space to spread out and relax. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'd need to cook a meal, a large 2 door fridge, a modern gas stove and the entire house benefits from filtered drinking water, so no need to bring bottled water.
A full bathroom with a deep soaking tub is also located on this floor, providing a spa-like experience for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Second Floor: The spacious bedroom on this floor is a haven of comfort, boasting elegant hardwood floors and large windows that flood the space with natural light. The attached second bathroom enhances the sense of luxury, complete with a walk-in shower.
