La histórica casa de huéspedes ingeniosamente nombrado es conocido como el Dubuque Lane Guest House. The guest house is very comfortable and in the perfect location to drive around Vermont. We got everything we needed during our stay and it was very kind of the hosts to supply some basic fruits and drinks for a morning start. It is nicely maintained and secure. We would stay again!

We loved the guest house and enjoyed our stay. The house is incredibly clean and thoughtfully decorated and furnished. It was well stocked with kitchen items and towels, etc. Bed is super comfortable. The host, Jennifer, makes the house very comfortable for guests including extra touches like breakfast goodies to start your day. I would definitely like to return. Also, house is walking distance to several restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.

Perfect in every way! Whimsical yet so very comfortable. Jennifer thought of just about everything to make our stay wonderful. Her thoughtfulness to detail takes this unit up a notch in our opinion. If we return to Burlington, we would definitely want to stay here.

Great spot on the river with lovely views

Spacious studio with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful garden and property. Comfy bed. Lots of natural light. Lovely to walk into town center for coffee and meals.

Perfect location within walking distance to restaurants& shops in Winooski just over the bridge from Dubuque House. Also easy access to UVM, Church Street, Essex and interstate. Jennifer was a fabulous host and made us feel welcome. The space was wonderful with windows on both sides (view of river was nice!), comfortable bed, everything we needed in the kitchen, and a/c that kept the space very comfortable. Covered parking off street was a bonus. We enjoyed the fun artwork and photographs that make this VRBO special!

This sweet little guest house was exactly what we were hoping for. It’s centrally located, the owner is lovely, fabulous art on every wall, and we could walk to almost everything we wanted to do. We’d stay here again in a minute.

As promised

Two adults staying for a three day weekend. Parking a car under the carport was great as there was some rain during the stay. Check-in was a breeze and the rental was clean and inviting, just as pictured. Walking distance to brewery and nice restaurants - 10/10 - would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for us

This place was wonderful. Good location, lots of space, comfy mattress and pillows. The kitchen was well stocked and the provisions were tasty . It was clean throughout and had a lovely garden. Jennifer was great and answered all of our questions promptly. We would stay here again

Perfection

My sisters and I absolutely loved staying at The Guesthouse! It was the perfect place to come back to after some bike riding, shopping and sightseeing. We thoroughly enjoyed the artwork, gardens and cat! We hope to come back!

The property was just as advertised… My wife and I love the location to all the great restaurants in the area to the local walking and bike trails and especially to the board room next-door… We enjoyed every minute of this wonderful place and would definitely come back in the future.

Charming and comfortable guest house!

We had a wonderful three night stay at the guest house. We were warmly greeted by our host and Tootone the cat. We enjoyed being able to walk easily into Winooski, as well as up the hill into Burlington. Highly recommend!

Great Winter Getaway

My partner and I came to Vermont to celebrate our 8 year anniversary together. The weather was absolutely beautiful. Coming from Florida, we got to switch it up and enjoy some cold weather and snow for the first time. Our host was very accomodating and responsive to all of our questions. The location itself is right by the airport, and you can see a lot of good places with a short drive, since it's close to the interstate as well. Burlington itself was very quaint and it was nice to support so many local businesses during our stay. We did notice there are not a lot of major chains without driving further out, so be prepared to try some local food and drink. (why wouldn't you?) The house itself was very clean and well stocked with plenty of supplies, so definitely look before you buy anything. The included carport is a very nice feature to have in the winter, and the space heater in the house kept us nice and toasty. Overall, this is a great little spot to set up camp if you're looking to visit Vermont!

Absolutely perfect!

I can’t even tell you how much we enjoyed our stay! It was the absolute perfect location within walking distance to fabulous restaurants, and very unique shops and nearby nature and bike trails. There was a beautiful view of the gardens on one side, and the flowing river on the other. Megan greeted us, and the property was the perfect combination of comfort and authentic style. The fresh fruit, local milk, yogurt and cider added a special local touch and my favorite—fresh flowers! I could go on and on but anything I would say is not enough—it was Perfect! Be sure and try the nearby restaurants across the river—some of the best food we have ever had! And the shopping and breweries on church street was also a highlight. Be sure and check out the Lake Champlain Bike Trail.
