Short and Sweet

Pros: Great location, nice neighborhood, clean home, easy check-in and check-out, owners supplied eveything you could need, great communication with realty company. Favorite amenities include the walk in shower in master bedroom, and tv and fridge on the lanai. Cons: Air conditioning went out on 4th of July. Fortunately the realty company was able to get a technician out the same day, but we had left the residence for the night because it was not guaranteed they could fix it that day. Grill was broken and not useable, pool was green throughout the week, ice machine didn't work on the fridge, beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for my family of 4 - our teen boys really enjoyed the pool and watching tv outside while relaxing on floats was perfection. The beds were comfortable and the house was perfectly stocked with that we needed to relax and enjoy. And, while in a neighborhood - the pool was perfectly surrounded by beautiful trees for complete privacy! Thank you!!!

Unfortunately our group of girls flew in from MN and we were only there one and a half days before we evacuated back to MN. I would recommend to take the VRBO offered with Generali Ins. It was worth it for our situation.

Best of both worlds- private pool and nearby beach

Comfortable home with private pool and backyard oasis while only 5 minutes to the beach. Better than any resort! This home had all the conveniences of home with its own private family gathering area! Our family really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor sitting area. We would love to return for another week hopefully soon! Thank you!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We been to this house before and have always enjoyed it. The only issues we had was the pool was low on water when we arrive. It was not a problem to add water I just felt bad on having to run the water that long to get it filled up to half way up the skimmer.I know it had been hot down there and very little rain so that probably contributed to water level being below skimmer.We also noticed the bottom of our feet getting dirty from the lanai tile. I hosed off and scrubbed tiles with a broom and it was much better..Not a big deal. Didn’t mind doing it. The only issue we had with the house was the ceiling fan in the bedroom is noisy when on high. We used a small fan that was in the closet at night. We will definitely return.

We absolutely love this property! We stayed here for 2 weeks in the spring and when we decided to go back in September we knew it had to be this house. Perfect location, everything you need is on site and of course the pool is amazing!

Perfect in every way

We had been very impressed with the pictures when we selected the home. On arrival it was even more beautiful than the pictures suggested. The living room had wonderful recliners, just right for watching the large television. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, comfortable seating and access to the lanai. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean as well as having plenty of towels available. We enjoyed the pool and sat out each evening. We also appreciated the location with the beach 5 minutes away and many restaurants close by. We hope to return to this perfect getaway.

Very sweet home.

My son is in a wheelchair, anf the house was very accommodatingthe master shower worked great and the spce around furniture was very handy. The pool is nicely maintained and the outdoor furniture was comfortable. The kitchen is overstocked with anything you could possible need during your stay.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. House was clean and ready with all that we needed. Pool was clean the water temperature was perfect! We did have the hot water heat fail, but communication was quick and the problem was fixed quickly even over Memorial Day weekend. We had a great time and looking forward to getting back soon!

Great family spot

We enjoyed our stay here. Property is a 5 mins drive to the beach, close to nearby shops and attractions. Kids especially enjoyed the pool. We had a great time !

Overall the location was great but upon arrival, there were quite a few dishes that were dirty. A cup still had lipstick on the rim, a measuring cup still had “something” in it & it took 3 washings to clean it, and the ants were slightly relentless & were floating in the pool all week. We would consider staying again but a pool vacuum would help tremendously to help with the clearing of the ant bodies.

The pool was absolutely amazing, the owners thought of all the little things. Everything was extremely clean, very close to the Bonita Beaches. We were extremely pleased and would rent the same house again!

Villa Bonita

This is a delightful property for families. We loved the location, near shopping and the beach. My granddaughter "lived" in the pool. The property manager, Caroline Dunn, was very responsive and helpful. I am hoping to return in the near future.

Great location

We really enjoyed this property. My children enjoyed swimming in the pool each day. The house is less than a 5 minute drive to Barefoot Beach but is also very close to shopping; mini golf, and restaurants. The home had everything we needed for the week, including chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed, but with this great of a location we ate out most nights.

only out for a buck!

Read first where is says temp is to be at 70-80 degrees in the house! its true whether you want it or not! 80 degrees every night and then it went our completely! Had to take my family to a hotel. They would not refund us for food thrown away and extra cost of a two hotels rooms we needed after the AC went out and the repair company could not contact the manager Property manager is overseas so they can’t get back to you when you need them. Pool is filled with bugs every day because the lanai has holes in it. Very dated. First bad rating I have ever given!

Bonita Springs Spectacular

We had an excellent experience at this home. The home was super clean, came as advertised. It had many amenities and kitchen was well equipped. The pool and bbq were very clean. We enjoyed the place and Caroline, the host, got back to us quickly on a few questions that we had.

Perfect Thanksgiving

The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed to host a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. The location is perfect as it is literally close to everything from grocery to shopping to all of the beaches and restaurants. Would definitely stay again next time we’re heading that way!!

Nice home for our family vacation!

Check in was easy. Caroline was very responsive to requests and questions. Home was clean. Lots of pool floaties available. Kitchen and living area are great! We loved the location as barefoot beach and Bonita beach are right down the road. Pool was clean and heated. Plenty of sand toys and towels. Kitchen is well stocked with kitchen gadgets and dinner wear. Nice beach umbrella and adult bikes available too. Pool chlorine was a bit strong, may have been because water was a little low on arrival. Beach chairs are rusty but worked well for us. No real complaints. Home is nice and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We would recommend this home!
