Cozy family sized 2 bedroom 1 bath newly remodeled basement

This property has a private entrance through a divided keyed garage that takes you down stairs to the basement. There are 2 seperate living rooms with plenty of comfy couches to lounge. 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in one and a full futon bed in the other. A twin trundle bed in the living room and a fold out twin in the closet. There’s a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and plenty of blankets to cuddle up around the electric fire.
Family games and a chess board are also available to enjoy!
The Amazon bike path is within walking distance to hop on your bike or go for a walk. There are a couple parks within walking distance as well.

We enjoyed our stay in Eugene. The property is a very cozy and inviting finished basement. The furniture is comfortable, and the unit is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The neighborhood is very quaint and quiet. It is away from the busy streets and is no more than a 15-minute drive from everything. We would revisit Eugene and this property.

This was a perfect alternative to one night in a hotel on our way to Southern Oregon from Northern Washington. There were plenty of comfy beds, lots of room for all of us to spread out and have privacy when needed. It's a big place, super clean, very nicely appointed. Classy details and good quality accouterments. Much appreciated on a long road trip.

Very nicely done remodel. Sylish and new. The hosts thought of everything from Pac-Man arcade to white noise generator in bedrooms. Full service kitchen. easy check-in process. Nice neighborhood in good location. Put this place on your list!

Huge space for a 2 bedroom apartment in what appears to be a nice quiet neighborhood. As mentioned elsewhere you can hear people above you but I didn't hear anyone at night.

Perfect Family Suite

This basement suite was exceptionally clean, and exactly as described. It was the perfect place for our family to stay while attending an event in Eugene. (The only thing we would have liked that wasn't there was a colander for straining pasta and washing produce.)

Wonderful property. Tons of room, lots of living space. So clean and well appointed with all the extras. This was a perfect place for our group of 5 with room for many more. We loved the Pac Man games. So much better than bothering with multiple hotel rooms. We heard the pitter patter of little feet in the morning but just a lovely reminder that we were in a home - not a hotel with strangers, but among friends.

Great spot....great hosts

The place was huge, well appointed, super clean and just as expected. There were lots of nice extra touches....q-tips & earplugs in the bathroom, lots of spices & syrup in the kitchen, etc. Kelly was very easy to work with and very responsive. She was able to provide us with a secure place to leave our truck and trailer for several days after our stay and we were SO APPRECIATIVE!! Made our trip tons easier. Would HIGHLY recommend this VRBO!!

Spotless, Cozy, Well-stocked & furnished, Delightful!

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful basement. It didn't feel like a basement at all It felt like a hidden cozy lair. It was spotless, cozy, and had everything we could have needed. It was well-stocked with towels and blankets. The beds were comfortable. There was even motion - sensitive lighting in the kitchen, which was very helpful when we needed to go in there when someone was sleeping. My entire family fell in love with this VRBO. Highly recommend!

Pretty Neighborhood

Our stay was great! The unit is beautiful and cozy! The neighborhood was pretty, and the houses were beautiful! The owner was helpful when I had a few questions and has thought of everything someone might need. You will hear the family upstairs but only when you are up and getting ready. They were quiet during the night and mornings. Convenient location in a really cute area and the unit had so much space!!! We would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend.

Lovely and clean

We had a fabulous stay. Clean, tons of kitchen things you might need, plenty of sleep space. The noise from upstairs is definitely not a selling point, but it’s not the end of the world for us.

Spotless. We're usually a little hesitant to book basement apartments, but we rolled the dice and were pleasantly surprised. As nice of a basement apartment that I've ever seen. Would recommend.

Girls weekend!

A group of coastal gals went to the valley for a girls weekend. Although it is shared housing, it never felt like that. It feels like you have the entire place to yourself. From time to time, you do hear foots steps from above early in the morning but the hosts provide a huge thing earplugs for you. They have it all covered! Kelly has top tier communication and she genuinely wants to ensure your stay is comfortable. She will take care of you! Thank you for making our weekend getaway a success!

Deserves even more than 5 stars

This was the best accommodations and hospitality from the host than I have every experienced. The home is clean, spacious, welcoming, and comfortable with very modern amenities. They also had very clear instruction and information on things like parking, wifi, etc. They had everything we could ask for to make for the perfect stay. The neighborhood is also very nice and so close to great restaurants and attractions. The host was incredible, ensuring we had everything we needed and had immediate communications when asking a question. They were also kind and exceeded expectations. My wife and I would absolutely stay at this accommodation again and would highly recommend to anyone.

We love our neighborhood! It is very safe, mostly older couples in the neighborhood that look out for each other. We’re on a corner lot on a dead end drive and we love that privacy as well.

We have newly remodeled the basement, having a full kitchen and 2 living room spaces makes it nice for a bigger group.
