Condominio actualizado de 2 habitaciones a pie de la playa y las tiendas.
Aloha! Nos gustaría darle la bienvenida a nuestro pequeño pedazo de paraíso en la Isla Grande de Hawai, en la costa sur de Kohala / Kona. A 20 minutos en coche al norte del aeropuerto de Kona, el área de South Kohala es exclusiva y está cerca de algunas de las playas de arena blanca más hermosas de la isla. La popular bahía de Hapuna y el parque estatal Kekaha Kai están a solo 10 minutos en coche.
Nuestro condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños ha sido actualizado con nuevas cocinas, baños y pisos. Todo reluce con muebles de lujo, lujosa cama king size en la habitación principal, lujosa cama queen en el segundo dormitorio, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y sofá cama queen en la sala de estar.
Vista Waikoloa se encuentra en la zona turística del sur de Kohala. Dos campos de golf de nivel profesional y tiendas interesantes a poca distancia.

We are a family from British Columbia, Canada and have enjoyed spending vacations in Hawaii over the last few years.
We have travelled to some of the other islands in Hawaii, and found the Big Island to have the most to offer. We love the peaceful relaxing environment , and the wide range of activites and wonderful beaches.
One day we hope to spend several months of the year in Hawaii when we retire. We want to share with you, our guest, our future retirement home in beautiful Hawaii.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
We chose our condo in this location because of the proximity to some of the best beaches on the Big Island. We also like the upscale feel of the Waikoloa area.
Reg and the boys are avid snorkelers and we really enjoy exploring the vivid underwater life that the west coast of Big Island has to offer.
This condo is also within walking distance of the Kings & Queens shopping area, with restaurants and shops so once there, you don't really have to drive anywhere.
However, there are so many great places to see on Big Island, you will probably want to rent a car anyways. Where else can you go to see a real, live active volcano! A must see for geology buffs!

We very carefully selected our condo after researching and visiting most of the complexes on the west coast of Big Island.
The Vista Waikoloa resort is one of the best constructed buildings with very pleasing architecture and beautiful manicured grounds. It has one of the best pools on the island (heated and salt water = no chlorine and easy on the eyes).
Our ground floor unit has a very large, peaceful lanai which is very close to the pool. You can walk from the lanai to the pool in seconds without stairs or elevators. Great for kids coming and going to the pool. The pool and hot tub area is very quiet, and at times you have these places to yourself.
One of the other reasons we selected this unit was for the expansive windows, floor to ceiling on two walls. The condo is very bright, with plenty of sunlight, but still cool to be very comfortable. Our condo is properly oriented to have the gentle breeze flow through in the afternoons and evenings.
