*Parking - The garage area will hold 2 vehicles, with room for  4 in the driveway.  PER HOA RULES:  Vehicles are not permitted on the street, including but not limited to boats, trailers, RVs, and jet skis. Boats, trailers, uhauls, box trailers etc must be in the garage or off the property. For your convenience, a public parking area is located along the main road of Gulf Blvd. for parking these items.

**As this home resides in a private community with permanent residents, guests should abide by community rules, including parking, noise, trash, pool use, etc.

Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

2025 Blue Angels Practice Schedule: These practices are free and can be seen from the Pensacola Beach or Ft. Pickens which is a short 13-mile drive along the scenic route from Navarre Beach to Pensacola Beach.
