NOTE: Sand Dunes North Tower Roof Replacement Project will be from February 6 - March 1, 2025. Resort will have some road or walkways closures around the property. They will be onsite Monday-Friday anywhere from 7:30am-6:00pm and potentially on some weekends. Please be aware that there will be noise during the day while resort is working on this project.
Note: Motorcycles are not allowed at the resort's parking.
Please keep in mind the following information regarding the fourth-floor Sand Dunes Resort Villas III building. This condo sleeps up to 6 people and has a balcony with views of the region and the ocean. It also has 2 beds and a sleeping sofa. Located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, the resort offers ocean view condos with private bathrooms, an LCD TV, a refrigerator, and a microwave. Heated indoor pools, a restaurant and bar on the beach, a private balcony overlooking the ocean, a lazy river, hot tubs, and free WiFi are among the facilities.
Well-known sights including Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, and Ripley's Aquarium are only a short drive away. Numerous facilities are available at the resort, such as indoor and outdoor whirlpools, a lazy river, a large pool deck, an indoor pool with hot tubs overlooking the ocean, a fitness center, a lounge, an on-site restaurant, and free WiFi.
Please be aware that the waterpark and lazy river that are located behind the parking deck are not accessible from this property. Additionally, the Family Funzone and Game Room are closed at this time. For resurfacing, the spas are also closed till further notice.

Since I was a small child, I have taken vacations in the Myrtle Beach region. Myrtle Beach was always a highlight of our family holidays when I was growing up in rural North Carolina. We started exploring for investment properties in Myrtle Beach and found reasonably priced oceanfront properties with excellent facilities like pools, hot tubs, and stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. My spouse and I currently own a high-rise condo in Raleigh, NC. We love Myrtle Beach so much since it's close to home and feels tropical thanks to the palm trees around the pool area. Having one little child, our condo is yet another priceless possession. I'm excited to make sure you have the best vacation possible and I hope our property satisfies all of your requirements. I would appreciate any constructive criticism as I work to make your vacation even more delightful. My spouse manages our family business's website and advertising, while I take care of all the home comforts. We spend our time working out, reading, trying out new recipes, creating websites for customers, organizing our next real estate purchase, and playing with our kid. We head straight to Myrtle Beach whenever we can have a few days to ourselves so we can relax and take in the scenery.
