Welcome to our Lakefront Cabin!
This home is so gorgeous, sitting on almost an acre, on the lake!

The huge yard back up to the lakeshore!

You can leave your boat/jet ski's in the water if preferred or fish off the shore!

Golf carts or similar are welcome and there is a path for them to the shore!

Home does not have golf cart available presently.

Fish cleaning station is outside under the deck with sink and mini fridge.

Extremely peaceful and quiet!

**Home sleeps 10 max**

**We do have another 3 BR 2 BA property in the community if you are looking for additional space for large family gatherings**


Community Swimming Pool with diving board opens in late Spring until Labor Day!!!!!!
This is walking distance from the home. Super close.

Gorgeous view. Comfortable. Everything stocked in the kitchen for easy meal prep. Was definitely home away from home. My service dog was very relaxed in this home which made me very happy.

The full size bedroom, had a dental stick under the comforter and a lot of particles (like food) all over the bed. First bathroom had the toilet roll fall off.Spiderwebs were all over the baseboards in the kitchen along the big windows. Keurig coffee pot did not work. But, overall a great place and we will return again next year. Our 1st annual cousin getaway was a success Thank you

Very comfortable home. The view was awesome, the first day we had rain and we were able to enjoy the view outside on the deck. The pool is walking distance and the kids had plenty of things to do from the pool and the basketball court we enjoyed every minute. I launched the boat at a near by ramp and drove it to the house property. Good for guys with boats and a family.

Great House Great ammenities

We had an excellent stay. The house had everything we needed. The outside deck was great and the extra wide parking was awesome. Every room had a TV and it was a very cool home. Great access to the lake and pool area. Lots of places to eat nearby.

Peaceful Property

The house is very clean, comfortable and in a great location. The property and surrounding areas are beautiful. Easy access to the water and close to essentials.

Spring break fishing

The house was clean and looked to have many fixtures and such recently updated. My son did notice that the shower in the hall bathroom leaked water from one corner when used. The kitchen was reasonably stocked but if you plan on cooking, I would advise to bring your own pans, foil, etc. There were plenty of plates and silverware. There is no dishwasher, which was not an issue for us, but we did have to buy some dish soap. Only 2 dish towels were provided as well. I would also recommend bringing a few bath towels - we had 5 adults but only 4 bath towels were left out. I did find 1 extra in the cabinet. There is not a celing fan in the bunk room. We had great success with fishing, super nice to have a small cleaning table under the deck area. Overall, we had a great time and would consider staying here again.

Home for the Holidays

We needed a home away from home for my family and found it on the lake . We prepared a Thanksgiving dinner here and had everything we needed - big kitchen and ample seating both indoors and out . We had exactly what we needed for a larger group - extra towels , washer and dryer, and access to the house from 2 stair cases which was important bc we had age ranges from 18 months to 83 years.. we also had room to stretch out . There was plenty of room for the family and dogs . The owner was very flexible and helpful and we were able to rent a second home for my sister and her family. So we got an entire holiday experience on the lake . What a lovely Thanksgiving.

Beautiful home on Big Sam

Nice place for a getaway. I stayed here with my parents for a weeklong fishing trip. House was very clean and in a very nice neighborhood. Location is convenient to boat ramps and close to a couple of convenience stores. Would book again.

Labor Day 2024

Our stay was pleasant. Close to town, very close to the pool, neighbors were very friendly, boat launch was close and the house was very clean. The price very fair based on amenities. Owner was awesome in communication and went above and beyond. Things to consider: there is no ground level entry into home (stairs only), both queen not very comfortable, no dishwasher, house is poorly lit and the deck lights were almost all burnt out, internet is very intermittent, and this matters with streaming TV, we could not get the TV's to work in the bedrooms. In all fairness, this is a very reasonable price for a home to stay at while visiting the lake. We had a great time. You are not paying for all the frills of a high end place. If you have a large boat and big truck then backing down the driveway is a challenge to stay on the concrete. However, it can be done with patience. We didn't even try to beach our boat down at the water. There are several large trees down in the pathway and we didn't want to try to navigate it. The little bridge to get there looked to be blocked. Just take it to the ramp and drag out every day. It was very muddy down there anyway due to rain. Lake level was slightly high.

Perfect Getaway

Nice location, beautiful view. It was very peaceful. Neighbors were friendly and nice. Wish we would have stayed one more day. Our host Jenny was always available when needed. I would definitely recommend to someone and would visit again. 😊
