Hermosa Sam Rayburn Lago es de 79 millas de largo con pesca de clase mundial y muchas islas deshabitadas para explorar!

Nuestra familia se enamoró de nuestra Lakehouse debido a la ubicación en este hermoso, tranquilo y privado ensenada boscosa. Es nuestro propio refugio privado y perfecto para unas vacaciones en familia! Los barcos se pueden atados en su playa privada y la pesca es genial, incluso desde la orilla! También hay muchos senderos para explorar.

Nice family getaway!

Home away from home

We enjoy our stay every time we come to Rayburn. The home is perfect for our family needs. Complete with everything we would need for a perfect stay.

Peaceful weekend

We enjoyed our weekend at the Lake House - it was very quiet and the view from the deck is so peaceful. The house is clean and comfortable inside. The kitchen has everything- just need to bring your spices. The rolling dock is great for our fishing boat to leave overnight. Fishing was good on the lake.

Best house on the lake

Our 3rd time to rent this house absolutely amazing views of the lake, perfect cove so our grandkids can learn to tube, the house has a huge deck and windows so you can enjoy the lake view even inside! This has been our favorite place by far..

We have rented this house many times over the years and we've always enjoyed our stay. For those bringing a boat or personal watercraft this house is in a great quiet location on the lake. The backyard is well maintained and the house has a well-stocked kitchen. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are nice, be sure to bring bath soap as I didn't find any in the cabinets. We had a great time soaking up the sun and running around on our watercraft. When you've had enough sun, step off the lake and into the cool house.... nice.

Texas Fishing Getaway

We had a great relaxing time. Wish that the outside furniture was a little cleaner and living room furniture was a little updated. But the bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing. Used the tub in the master but not enough hot water to fill it enough. But we loved the property!

Enjoyed spending time with family! To be honest It needs updated, the deck where you spend time needs to be finished! We enjoyed our stay, you have a beautiful view, deck really needs to be finished before children allowed!

Very unique lake home 👍

Highly recommend place to stay with a beautiful view of the lake from the house with a large back deck to enjoy peaceful and quietness view of the lake. Roller dock was a be plus for my 21 foot bass boat that I was able to keep there at night, plenty of electric outlets to run extension cord to the dock for overnights charging for the boat. The house has all your need and very comfortable and quiet.

Relaxing getaway

The home is comfortable, clean and in a perfect location of the lake with a beautiful view. We docked the boat at the rolling dock and fished all the hot spots that are nearby. The covered patio and deck is where we spent all our time watching the birds and fish jump, and a storm roll across the lake. So peaceful. The home has everything you need - just bring all your food and spices. Hope to return next year.

Everything was 100% spot-on, if you are visiting with a boat, it’s very easy to back your boat & if you need to charge batteries, the outside plug next to the breaker box is Hot. Very clean with comfortable sitting & Bedding. I could say so much more great things but you can see it yourself.. Quote from Arnold; I’ll be Back..!!

Easter Weekend 2023

The house was a little dated and there was no WIFI. Cable was spotty and remotes didn’t work. The house was spacious for our group and provided all the basics. It was a nice piece of property with a great location on the water.

Wonderful lake house

We had a great stay over a long weekend in October. The house was a perfect size for 5 adults and a teenager. All of the necessities to cook our own meals. Plenty of space in the bedrooms. Huge back patio that looks into a pretty part of the lake. Tucked away in the back of a small, quiet neighborhood. Property owner was very quick to respond (there was a light left on accidentally in a locked closet and they had someone out quickly to turn it off). Only drawback was that the WiFi hadn’t been hooked up yet, but that was happening the following week. We would absolutely stay here again.

Another fabulous lake trip!

Our family has just returned from eight nights and everything was perfect. This is our second stay here and it was even better than the first, probably because we were able to have more days. We have made multiple summer vacations to Lake Sam Rayburn and stayed in a number of rental properties going back quite a few years, and this place is the tops. Seriously, everything is perfect. This is the best cove in this general area and this deck has the best view to watch loved ones swim or do water sports. The house is spacious and clean. The dock with mooring lines for your boat or jet ski is very nice as well. Host is always quick to respond and helpful. We made some incredible memories.

Beautiful Property on the Water!

My husband and I took our 3 kids (ages 15, 13 and 10) to the lake as a last vacation before the school year kicks off. It was the perfect trip!! The property has a ton of lake front, a huge deck, wonderful views and the dock was icing on the cake! We spent Monday-Friday and rented a pontoon boat one day and a jet ski another day! We fished from the dock early in the morning, late in the evening and enjoyed sitting out on the deck and soaking in the beautiful views! The property is well maintained and I would only recommend that some deck work be done, as many boards are rotting and splintered. The location is awesome and in a quiet neighborhood. There are a few restaurants, a dollar general, a gas station, and two bait shops within a 5 minute drive, which is great! Jasper Walmart is about 20 mins away. We are definitely planning to make this an annual trip!!

The host is very responsive. The house is perfectly located for fishing and for boat owners there is a rolling dock. The view of the cove is breathtaking. The house is comfortable, nice beds and linens. The kitchen has older pots and pans, nice dishes and silverware. Just need to bring salt and pepper and all your food and spices. We would love to come back.

Everything about this place is great! The house was clean, the bedrooms are large, the back porch is big. Great location for fishing or just hanging out. The view is awesome! This is definitely one of the nicer & cleaner vacation homes I’ve stayed at - totally worth it & would love to stay again!
