As longtime Las Palomas visitors dating back to 2003, this was unfortunately our most disappointing stay. While the condo looked nice in photos, several issues affected our experience. The master shower did not provide hot water, multiple TVs did not work, and the blinds in both the master bedroom and great room were broken, allowing significant sunlight into the unit. The balcony slider would not latch properly, and every time someone entered or exited the balcony, the ocean breeze caused the front door to slam shut. One of the main reasons we booked this condo was the advertised gym access. After arrival, we were informed that guests in our building no longer had access. Had this been disclosed before booking, we likely would have chosen a different property. We were also provided only one key for four adults and one teenager. I spent hours trying to obtain an additional key through on-site management and security without success, creating unnecessary inconvenience throughout the trip. The issues extended beyond the condo itself. The pools were not heated and appeared poorly maintained, several BBQ grills were inoperable, the beach rinse stations/showers were out of service, no pool towels were provided, and there was no housekeeping service during our stay. The owner was polite and responsive, but most issues remained unresolved. I would recommend avoiding this unit and Phase 3.
