We enjoyed being close to several downtown amenities. We had a bit of a hiccup in communication upon arrival/check-in, but it was quickly resolved thanks to the very responosve property owner. Just make sure you check for special check-in instructions days prior to your stay.

Apartment is in an excellent location for anything downtown Phoenix and/or the University. Excellent parking, gym and pool access. Host was also very responsive to all my questions! I'll be back!

The place was clean, I was expecting more of a luxury condo feeling and not so much as apartment feeling as was described in description. This would have changed if I booked this place, or did a hotel instead. I liked that it was gated, and it was close to downtown. The AC worked, and the fridge kept things cold. I did not love that there were only a few towels, no extra blankets for the person who was sleeping on the couch or even extra linen for the couch, or linen for extra pillows and extra pillows would be nice. Hangers in the closet (a couple, not a lot) would have been nice. The pool was gross, it did not have lights at night so you couldn't see if there was anything in the pool. Which there were bugs. The hot tub was gross and didn't have a way to turn on the jets if it had any. There was no mention of bringing your own towels to the pool, and there weren't really towels in the condo.

Not a luxury condo, very misleading in description of place. Kitchen very limited on items, no cutting board, 2 glasses only, other plates and cups were plastic. Coffee maker stuffed in upper cabinet.Bedding was dirty and pillows dirty, bedding didn’t match, pillowcases mismatched, only 3 full size pillows (worn out and dirty). Bed is so low, it’s for a child. No hangers in closet, no extra sheets, towels were stained. Only a futon to sit on, bar stools are uncomfortable and loose. No chairs for balcony, shows pool is near by, nope! Never found it! No welcome book, not very welcoming. The blinds for sliding door falls off, when opening.Only upside is that’s close to airport! The location was close to all of the facilities I needed for my trip. I felt comfortable walking to and from the condos. I would definitely stay here again.

The place is nice and clean. However, the address was completely different from the one listed on Vrbo. The pictures show the pool and gym but you need to a facility key for those and the place didn’t provide me with the key. So the picture info was not accurate.

Had a couple issues regarding the listing, and unit not being ready upon arrival/check in. The property owner was very receptive and helping to correct the issues. All said and done, we got everything figured out, and the owner was extremely helpful to fix any issues we had.

Sparkling Clean

Super clean, great gym, nice pool, very convenient to walk to downtown restaurants and theaters. Also super quiet, so perfect sleeping conditions. Definitely not a place for a party crowd, which was perfect for us. Owner was very nice and easy to communicate with.

Amazing host

It was my first time booking through Vrbo and it was for a coworker that came from overseas. Although we had minor hiccups due to not understanding the entry key app, the host was super helpful and responsive during the entire stay that made everything easy. Will book again in the future for any longer term stays!

Clean - not much around this area - 5min walk to ASU downtown campus

Interesting stay. Host and mgmt were delayed in responding. Had issues with the Stratis app and getting into building. Main elevator was not taking the starts app, and a fob was needed. There was no fob at the VRBO. Had to confirm location at the Rey, which was not listed on the VRBO. Had a different address, it this was confirmed as the location thru a call or on the app. WiFi needs to be visible / printed out for guests (had to request it and later found it inside of the bedroom closet). Area is considered downtown, walking distance to the Vig, but is not located in the actual downtown area. Area is a bit sketchy at night and more so secluded vs downtown Phoenix. This location is quite a walk in the dry heat, approx 15min, to Urban Outfitters and CVS, which I consider downtown near all the other stores and restaurants.

Nice but not Luxurious

Pros:- Very clean and organized. - Close Proximity to Diamondbacks, Convention Center- Attentive Host, replied to messages quickly- Main bed was comfortableCons:- Very loud, due to proximity to Van Buren- Smelled of Weed in Hallways (hard to mitigate that)- Digital locks were a challenge, may be easier if code was given instead of requiring phone use- Futon not very comfortable for 17 year oldOverall it was okay. The location has its ups and downs, great proximity to key downtown areas, but that comes with noise and other detractions. You have to know that going in.The digital lock provided many issues - eventually we were able to work it out but not after a lot of frustration. Ensuring a fully charged phone is key - no phone, no entry. Host was available to help, but beyond resetting system could not solve issues. Having a digital code instead of or in addition to phone key would have helpedRoom was very clean, full kitchen, functioning TV with access to movies/shows, mostly comfortable.Nice place, to make luxurious I would recommend a more comfortable sofa sleeper option, some bathroom amenities (soaps, etc.) and some way to mitigate noise

Just okay

I booked the condo 8 months prior to our stay. When I was given the check-in instructions the day before, I was given a different address for the condo. Instead of a 10 minute walk north of the convention center, the new location was a 10 minute walk east of the convention center. I was told they were transitioning and was offered a refund if we wanted to cancel but same walking distance so declined.Had some minor issues with the app used as your entrance key - link not received, front door not appearing - but got those worked out.Condo faces a busy 4 lane street so you do hear traffic noise. The furnishings are very in expensive so don't expect them to hold up for long. The bed though was comfortable. The sofa bed was not a pull out mattress like I am familiar with. The back and armrests fold down to create a 'bed'. Sitting on the sofa was not terribly comfortable so would not imagine sleeping on it would be either.The kitchen was not well stocked. There were plastic plates and bowls, two coffee mugs and two wine glasses. We had to heat leftovers up on the stove as there was no microwave safe dish. There was a new coffee machine and new pots and pans (still in the packaging from the box). We tried to use the oven but while pre-heating, it filled with smoke and set off the smoke detectors.There was no shampoo or bath soap when we arrived but the host did order some that was delivered quickly. The host was very response when contacted.
