The Plaza Penthouse is a modern 2024 build nestled in OKC's historic Plaza District — a fully equipped private retreat with skyline views and thoughtful touches throughout.

Your space includes:

Main Guest Quarters (2nd floor)
A comfortable queen bed, modern bathroom with washer/dryer, oversized closet, fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, and a cozy living room with a dual-reclining sofa. The 50" swivel TV serves both the living room and bedroom.

Loft (3rd floor)
A private loft bedroom with oversized windows. Features a full-sized daybed, 50" TV, and plenty of pillows and blankets for lounging.

NOTE: The loft has its own private entry on the 2nd level landing, separate from the main guest quarters. The only bathroom is located in the main living area — just 2 steps away through your private entry.

Rooftop Deck (3rd floor)
Your 450 sq ft private rooftop is the crown of the experience. Settle into the 8-person sectional and take in an unobstructed view of the OKC skyline — Devon Tower front and center, surrounded by the full downtown skyline. It's the kind of view you'll want to sit with over a morning coffee or an evening drink. The rooftop also features an umbrella for shade, minibar, 50" TV, and yard games. Sunsets up here are something else.

Putting Green (Ground level)
A fresh 3-hole putting green and covered patio with seating, situated between the main house and your building are available for guest use anytime.
