We were here for the Fall Rod Run and this was the perfect location. It was walkable to the strip, but we were also able to take back roads to get anywhere we wanted to go as well. The house was clean and had great amenities and games for a relaxing weekend. We will most likely book again to bring the whole family for Spring Break in the future.

We loved our time at this home. The location was perfect - so easy to walk everywhere. The house was super clean and free of clutter. Check in was a breeze, the beds were comfortable, the house was well stocked and everything was easy to find. The host was a great communicator. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Patrick.

Great location in Pigeon Forge just 1/2 mile off Parkway, but far enough and on a small road that it’s rather quiet. You can get to the grocery store without getting on Parkway, which is a big .I appreciate the amenities of the house being as described and no “tricky” photos that misrepresent the property.Around the house, we always had something fun to do between shuffleboard, pool table, ping pong, hot tub, arcade basketball, arcade cabinet, and foosball. We really enjoyed it being close to everything, yet quiet, and full of stuff to do!

If you love family game nights this is an awesome property. Our hosts were amazing and always there if we needed them. House was very clean and my mom even wished she had some of the home decor. The location was on point and so easy to get to everything. Great parking since we had two Ford F250s and it was easy to get in and out of. Would stay here again for sure. Thank you for a fun four days!!

We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Patrick was quick to reply to our questions and so gracious. The house was wonderful & the location perfect. Hope to stay again soon.

First thing that stood out for us was the location. We were 3 minutes to the main drag! Also, the cleanliness was excellent! Beautiful interior and sooooo many games to keep every age entertained. I would definitely recommend for non stop family fun! Big thank you to our hosts for providing us a wonderful and memorable experience

Wonderful stay

My family from NC and my friends from Kentucky had a wonderful time here. We really enjoyed every minute of our stay, playing various kinds of games. The location was perfect, close to everything, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. I received many compliments for choosing this home for our reunion. I highly recommend this nice home.

Lots of games, and great location

We enjoyed our stay at the rental. The house has every game you can think of. The location was great, right off the main drag but in a very quiet location. It was really easy to get to all of the places in Pigeon Forge. House was very clean, and had everything that we needed. We would stay here again.

Fun for the family!!!

There were so many fun things for the family to do in this home. Air Hockey and shooting pool seemed to be the favorites and there's something for everyone! The home was clean, the decor was modern, yet very comfortable. Its location and proximity to everything was greatly appreciated. The hosts, Patrick & Pam, were very prompt in answering questions and made us feel extremely welcome!

Great vacation home!

Well stocked. Very clean. Open living room/dining room/kitchen is perfect for large or multi families. We had a family of 4 and a family of 3, all adults, and had plenty of room. Game room is awesome. Deck perfect for outdoors enjoyment. Quiet neighborhood. We walked to the parkway and were within a block of the entrance to the island!

Great Gamers Getaway

My family and I spent Thanksgiving at the Modern Mountain Gamers Getaway. Easily slept 10 people and pet. The location is great. You are in the middle of everything but not bothered by all the sounds since you’re slightly off the parkway. We found it easy access to most things we like to do. We will definitely be back and also visit their Florida property. 10/10

Definitely a 5 Star Property

Everything ws clean, it was well appointed with everything you cold want and lots of entertainment for kids and adults. A real plus being one level, kid can be checked on easily without wondering if they are upstairs, or down. Less likely to go off on their own and be part of the family. Location is great, close to everything, and the property itself is great on a level lot, wide drive. Hope to make another visit!

Great for a family!

Great location near everything in Pigeon Forge, with a private feel. We’ve stayed in many rental properties over the years, and this one entertained everyone from young teens to grandparents. The pool table, darts, air hockey, video game, foosball and ping pong made for an action packed week. Between the great attractions in the area, and the games at the house, there was never a dull moment. Slept 5 adults and 4 teens with no issues. Highly recommended for family vacations in this area. Very likely we will stay here for our next trip.

Weekend Getaway

My parents came in from South Bend, IN and like staying in the Pigeon Forge area. They, however, hate the steep roads and curves to some of the cabins in the area. This property is right off the main parkway with no steep roads. The house was exactly as listed, and the owners were easy to communicate with if we had an issue. We will definitely book this house again when my parents come back into town.

Pigeon Forge Vacation

We were very impressed with the property. It had everything we needed for the 5 of us. It was handicap accessible for my daughter which was important (except for the game room which was fine). The house was large enough, very close to all the Pigeon Forge activities, and just met all of our expectations.If we ever visit Pigeon Forge again, I would definitely look into renting this house again.And if you have people who like games, the pool table, air hockey, foosball, arcade, ping pong tables and shuffleboard will keep you entertained for hours while just chilling waiting to go out and do things outside the house.If you like board games or card games, bring your own. The ones in the closet weren't really that impressive and were meant mostly for kids 10 and under, but that's really just a side note and not really too important.TV is a smart TV so we were able to watch all of our subscription shows without any problems when we retired for the night. Also TVs in every room.Beds were comfortable. The starting package with shampoo, soap, towels, toilet paper, etc was great. There is a Publix less than a mile away and you can reach it without even going on the main roads so it's very accessible and you can pick up any food or extra supplies from there.I end this by saying I was extremely happy with the property and I'm sure others will be to.
