Comfy and Cozy La Verne Townhome - New Listing Special!
Welcome to my relaxing, comfortable & cozy La Verne townhome! The living room, kitchen, and half-bath are downstairs, with a private patio & yard off of the dining area. Upstairs are two bedrooms, master with a vanity area and walk-in closet, 2nd bedroom one large space set up as either an office/workspace, or as a 2nd bedroom with a comfortable inner-spring mattress futon bed, or multi-use. Upstairs is also the full bathroom, with two access doors, one in the hall area, and one to the master bedroom. Two-car garage, washer and dryer in garage.
Home is decorated in soothing earth tones, with a splash of color here & there! The small private yard is nice for morning coffee or evening wine, and is very low maintenance, or you can do a little gardening! Watering is on timers. The living room has a beautiful view of sunsets. A storm door in the living room allows security, closed to retain heat or cool air, yet affords light and a view.
The garage hold 2 cars, and the garage door is brand new, April 2024. There is a keypad for first entry through garage & keys, or keypad for front door. Two gated pools are in the complex!
La Verne is centrally located, and charming, close to everything! There are not only several hospitals a short drive away, La Verne is also home to the University of La Verne, close to the Claremont Colleges, Cal Poly Pomona, and other universities and colleges. Pomona Fairplex is 10 minutes away, with year-round events.
If you would like a cozy and comfy home with all conveniences, let me know! I prefer to rent to travel professionals, but am open to others. I also own a condo in Palm Springs and rent almost exclusively to travel professionals, and have been quite happy with my tenants. Ideally, I would like to rent my home for a portion of, or all of, the summer.
My home is pet-friendly, one small/medium, well-behaved dog 25 pounds or less, pre-approval required. No cats.
Utilities included, gas water, electricity, WiFi, with a $150/month cap on electricity and $100/month cap on water/sewage/trash, overage paid by tenant, taken out of electricity and water fees. If tenant does not go over these caps, the fees will be refunded. Mailbox is not available for tenant use, but there are many postal services nearby with PO Boxes. Amazon, UPS and FedEx deliveries please note to leave on porch or PO Box. It is a very safe neighborhood😊
