Open kitchen/dining/living area. The dining table seats 6 and the center island bar seats an additional 4. If you like to cook, the kitchen is well equipped with a variety of cooking tools and small appliances (blender, hand mixer, crockpot, and other items.) A drip coffee maker, French press, and Keurig, along with a whistling tea kettle will get your day off to a good start. Downstairs find a grill perfect for your group cookout. While your meal is cooking, hang out with family or friends on the patio under the home. Play some outdoor games or be lazy and rest in the hammock enjoying the breezy air. Upstairs guests can enjoy the sunshine and ocean breezes on the expansive South and West facing decks; On cooler nights, stargaze and warm up next to the tabletop firepit from the comfort of the upper deck.

Heading over to the beach? It's a quick couple of minutes to walk or golf cart/car drive over to the beach.

Inside , hi speed Wi-Fi is available. Guests can log in to favorite TV shows on the Smart TV in the living area as well as all TVs in other rooms.
And if you need to log in to work, there is a monitor and work station available in the entry area along with another work station in the guest room for more privacy. In the living room, relax on two leather recliners, a couch with a comfy chaise, and warm up on cold nights in front of the electric fireplace.

This home sleeps 8 max including children under 2 years of age. The master is furnished with a comfortable king bed; secondary room has a twin over full bunk and a trundle. The guest room has a queen bed.

Bathrooms include a hallway full bath with shower/tub combo and a master bath with a shower. A full size washer and dryer is located in the home.
