The Space

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS :
Master (Bedroom 1): Queen bed, private en-suite bath.
Guest Suite (Bedroom 2): Queen bed, private en-suite bath.
Bunk Room (Bedroom 3): Two Twin-over-Twin Bunk Beds (Sleeps 4), private en-suite bath.
Living Room: Queen Sofa Bed (for maximum flexibility). (Total 7 beds + sofa bed for 10 guests.)

What’s Included

• We provide all the basics for a comfortable stay, including paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap, coffee (grounds), creamer, sweetener, coffee filters, and a first aid kit. Just bring your clothes, toiletries, sunscreen, food, and you!

• Essential beach gear provided: chairs, umbrellas, and an Igloo water cooler

• A small discount on food offered by a popular local restaurant

• Recommendation for a local kayak outfitter who offers guided tours of the Galveston bay and kayak rentals


What’s NOT Included

• We do not provide Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Boats or other water adventure equipment

• You are free to bring your own Boats, Kayaks, Paddle boards, Water adventure gear to use in the bay

• There are options to rent kayaks, water adventure gear at the Marina near by

• You can access the boat slip at the Marina for a small daily charge

Guest access

Guests can access the entire home.

You’ll receive your door code, WiFi information, and check-in details three (3) days before arrival.
Other things to note
House Rules:
• This is a quiet, family-friendly retreat
• We strictly enforce a 10-guest maximum
• Quiet Hours from 10 pm to 8 am to ensure a relaxing experience for all.

Other Things to Note
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
• No parties or large gatherings


Cancellation Policy
• Full refund for cancellations 30 days or more before arrival
• No refund for cancellations less than 30 days before arrival
• We recommend purchasing "cancel for any reason" travel insurance
