Queens Court 1208 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Second Floor Angled Oceanfront Condo with a private balcony. Living Area has a Smart TV with access to streaming apps and access to the outdoor balcony! Dining Area has seating for four. The Fully Equipped Kitchen/bar Area has a microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker.
Master Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, Flat Screen Smart TV with access to streaming apps and a Private Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed. A Full Bath is located in the hall.
Additional Amenities: 2 Flat Panel Smart TVs, Wireless Internet, and Washer/Dryer.
Queens Court is an Oceanfront Condominium Complex within walking distance, not only to the ocean but to the water slide, miniature golf, restaurants, shopping, go-carts, arcades & more!
New Sport Court for tennis, badminton, pickleball, basketball, cornhole & putting green (facility only – equipment is not provided), outdoor swimming pool (pool typically open May 15 - October 15 9am - 9pm), Grilling Area, Oceanfront Gazebo with seating, Private Beach Access Walkway, and Outside Showers. Please Note: Fire pit and clubhouse are for owner use only.
PARKING INFORMATION:
● Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes.
● Golf Carts and boat/trailer parking are Not Permitted on Queens Court Grounds.
Linens and Towels provided with Beds made for Weekly stays.
No Smoking.
No Pets.
Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday.
Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
