Note: The home uses well water, which may have a soft sulfur scent. We recommend bringing bottled water for drinking, based on personal preference.

Accessibility Features at The Hideaway:
• Step-free entry to the first floor

• Spacious front deck accessible directly from the main living space
• Outdoor spaces designed with gradual transitions and minimal thresholds
• There are no grab bars in the bathroom or bedrooms. Guests who need additional support may wish to bring a transfer board, shower chair, or commode chair for greater comfort and accessibility.
Accessing the back spa area, back porch, and fire pit area will require assistance:
• There is approximately a 1-foot step up from grass/ground level to the gravel path to access the firepit/spa space. The back porch has a two-step transition. These areas are not wheelchair-accessible without help.

Pet Policy
• Dogs only – We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs per reservation.
• Pet fee – A $350 fee per dog will be added to your booking.
• Tick awareness – We are surrounded by woods, so please check your pets daily for ticks and consider using flea/tick prevention before your stay.
• Clean-up required – Please pick up after your pets, both inside and outside. Waste bags are provided.
• Furniture – Pets are not permitted on the furniture or beds. We recommend bringing a pet bed or blanket from home. • • Crating – Dogs must be crated if left alone in the house to ensure their safety and prevent damage.
• Leash policy – Although The Hideaway sits on private land, dogs must be leashed outside the immediate deck and fire pit areas.
• Damage – Excessive damage or extra cleaning due to pet accidents may result in additional charges.
• We love hosting dogs and trust our guests to be responsible pet owners.
