Soak up the serenity in our bubbly hot tub, explore the lake in our kayaks or canoe, or simply unwind on the spacious deck. Inside, you'll discover a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, game area, and three bedrooms designed for restful nights.

This house is perfect for grilling dinner and enjoying it on the deck while overlooking the stunning Seneca Lake. Alternatively, explore the nearby restaurants, offering both casual and fine dining options. Savor a glass of wine on the dock or visit a local winery or brewery. Gather around the fire pit with a view of the lake and stars.

Dock, kayaks, paddleboats (with life jackets provided!) await your adventures! Spend your days fishing, kayaking, swimming, or simply relaxing. Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature as herons and other birds grace the skies. This private lakefront home is ideal for couples or small families, or a small group offering the perfect gateway to a memorable Seneca Lake getaway.

The house was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. There was a little hiccup with checking in but the owners were prompt in their response to help us gain access to the house. We loved watching the sunset from the dock, the view was beautiful! We also liked the location, it was close to so much! We enjoyed the hot tub, though we think it lost a lot of water and must have a leak. We will be sure to let the owners know. We look forward to coming back to the area and would recommend a stay at the Lake House!

It was great. Everything was perfect. Only thought was maybe a small table and chairs in the kitchen by the window for 4 people to play games. Even a foldable card table and chairs or a wing fold down table. We did use the coffee table for games. Thanks for a wonderful venue for our annual girls get away!

Lovely wine weekend stay. We had a groups of 6 girls. The house suited us quite well. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The house was very clean and well appointed. The view was breathtaking. House was conveniently located to many wineries, breweries and restaurants all within a very short drive. We enjoyed breakfast on the outdoor patio dining table and dinner dockside. Both evenings of our stay we enjoyed the hot tub which was very relaxing a great way to end the day! We hope to make this an annual trip and stay at this beautiful property.

The property was just as described. Beautiful sunsets on the lake. Close to many wineries and Watkins Glen for groceries and hiking. The house was very well stocked. The kids were entertained with the board games, Legos and lawn games. We all enjoyed the hot tub outside on the deck. Host very responsive. Highly recommend staying at this house!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property. Guests ranged in age from 2 months to 90 years old. We loved the location, and the house was well-stocked with kitchen essentials, board games, and lake accessories. 10/10 experience!

Overall, nice stay! It was very hot while we were there and a couple of fans for the basement would’ve been helpful. The house had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. Our boys enjoyed the record player and collection of records!

Every detail thought of

You can literally walk into this house & live. Well appointed with anything & everything you could need. The house beautifully decorated & still comfortable & homey. We kayaked & canoed & enjoyed sunsets in the rocking chairs on the dock. We had our dog with us, and the property is laid out nicely to keep him contained. Ameann was very responsive to any of our needs. This stay was exactly what our family was looking for.

Very nice lake house. Plenty of room. hottub was great. Nice to have all the kayaks, paddle boat, and canoe. Very quiet. Had a great time and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway.

Beautiful Lake Home

Loved our stay, enjoyed the dock and kayaks. The dogs loved swimming and being with us rather than having to have a kennel stay. Kitchen extremely well stocked and we had no need for anything.

This house felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed sitting on the rocking chairs on the dock with morning coffees, sunset kayaking, grilling, firepit, home-cooked meals, dips into the lake (it was a brisk! 60 degrees early June), hot tub, ...The house was well stocked with housewares, cooking gadgets and spices as well as the little incidentals needed throughout a day - much appreciated! For us the location worked really well: golf, vineyards, waterfalls, hikes, healthy food, and more were all just a short drive away.I would highly recommend.

Beautiful location. One of the most well-appointed kitchens I have ever seen in a rental... you can tell the owners cook! We really appreciated that. We loved the fact that the primary bedroom was on the main level, eliminating the need for some of our family members to navigate stairs. Amazing lake view. The kids loved having access to kayaks and caught some fish, too! Very responsive and kind owners.

Perfect weekend getaway

The property was exactly as pictured and great for a long weekend with friends. House was clean, well stocked and all amenities were in working order. Check in/out was very easy and the host was very responsive. 10/10, would definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway on Seneca!

We just returned from an amazing post-Christmas getaway with another family. The house was just as described - so inviting, tastefully decorated, and well appointed. The beds were so comfortable, too! You can’t beat the view or location, as it’s directly on the lake and less than 5 minutes to about 10 wineries and breweries. Will absolutely be back!

Wonderful atmosphere

We had a very nice time at the lake house. Very clean, beautiful location right on the lake. House was very well stocked. Outdoor areas were very nice. Enjoyed a fire and the hot tub. Husbands loved sitting on the deck by the lake, and the kids loved playing by the dock and going out in the paddle boat. We would most definitely stay here again in the summer!

Home Away From Hone

Dont look any further than this home. I booked this for my husbands 40th with a couple of our friends. The pictures dont do justice! Breathtaking views and description of the home was on point. We utilized the kitchen for 2 homemade dinners and 3 breakfasts. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some. There was so many little touches in each room and made it feel very cozy. Communication was quick and helpful. We will definitely be back to this home again! Thank you so much!
