This house is perfect for grilling dinner and enjoying it on the deck while overlooking the stunning Seneca Lake. Alternatively, explore the nearby restaurants, offering both casual and fine dining options. Savor a glass of wine on the dock or visit a local winery or brewery. Gather around the fire pit with a view of the lake and stars.

Dock, kayaks, paddleboats (with life jackets provided!) await your adventures! Spend your days fishing, kayaking, swimming, or simply relaxing. Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature as herons and other birds grace the skies. This private lakefront home is ideal for couples or small families, or a small group offering the perfect gateway to a memorable Seneca Lake getaway.

**Boat Docking requires permission of the owner and additional waivers and fees. Please inquire before booking if you plan to dock any watercraft.

Security Camera Disclosure:
For the security of our guests and property, there is one exterior security camera located at the front entrance which is on the deck as you enter the home. The camera monitors the front entryway from the parking area. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in any private outdoor areas.
