BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES: RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document. NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage. ( limit 1- ONE DOG weighing NO MORE THAN 40lbs.)
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Beachfront & Cozy
The space was clean and well decorated. An inviting space with nice decor. My only complaint was the construction work and one of the elevators wasn't working which made getting to the 15th floor rather difficult during busy times. Hopefully that situation will be revised soon. Otherwise great amenities and a beautiful place to stay.

So many good things to say about our stay! The condo had everything we could possibly need and was decorated beautifully. It was perfect for the three of us, but we could have easily added more people and still been comfortable. The guards were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and well kept. The only issue we had was that one elevator was not working, but they had people fixing it during our time there. I would definitely recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed!

This property is beautiful! Everything was super clean. We felt right at home! A very beach/cozy vibe.

Absolutely STUNNING condo! Beautifully decorated, spacious, with oceanfront views of the Gulf. Granite countertops, custom cabinetry, motorized sofa and recliners. Super spacious, quick elevators, two pools, lots of beautiful white sandy beach. It was everything we could've wanted and more. Close to all the attractions and restaurants. We had a fabulous time and would love to return!

We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Pointe, 1502. Condo was clean and kitchen had necessary items for cooking. Draw back for us, we partially chose property based on “fitness room”. This entailed an out dated bike and treadmill in the pool area. No free weights or anything. Overall, fun stay for spring break.

Could Have Been Cleaner
Extra large balcony was nice. Shower liner in master bath was filthy and baseboards could have been cleaner. When called for assistance about the shower liner, we were promised one by the next morning. We delayed our plans all morning and no one showed up.

Lovely, updated, and clean condo with a wonderful balcony and gorgeous view! Would’ve given 5 stars but had electrical, a/c and clothes dryer issues during our stay. They were all taken care of but still a bit inconvenient. That being said, I would stay in it again!
