This listing is perfect for a getaway with close friends/family. Lots to do on and nearby the property to keep all age groups entertained—we enjoyed hosting themed dinners, utilizing the movie/game rooms, and finding the best spot to take in the views from the back yard (they’re all great). The pictures don’t do it justice! The house was clean, check in/out was easy and the hosts gave great recommendations. We went to a couple of nearby wineries and spent one afternoon at the public beach a few minutes down the road. This is definitely a place you can’t only book once!

I just left a detailed message on the linger website. One think I had forgotten to mention was how helpful and quick the host was in to responding to our messages. The house was truly the vacation house of our dreams! Love, love, loved every bit of it!!!

Beautiful view

We had a long weekend family trip during early April to this home and it was amazing! The view from the patio was stunning and the sunrise and sunset was nothing short of amazing. Tons of space for the whole family to spread out. We had a great time!

Visiting with family and a nephew that goes to Keuka College for the holidays Home was beautiful and had everything we needed with lots of space for everyone Will definitely return!

Fabulous on the Finger Lakes

The views from Villa Esperanza are fabulous!! We spent as much time as we could outside in one of the many seating areas or using the outdoor kitchen/bar. Spacious and very comfortable for 10 adults inside. Would absolutely return!

Nothing spared - especially the view!

Wow - what a house! For our extended family of 5, this was a lot of house. We really enjoyed our stay and leveraged the outdoor kitchen, hot tub, and movie theater. The location was great as we visited 5 wineries, the state park, and a few spots in Penn Yan. The family misses it already.

While we appreciate constructive criticism, this guest failed to mention in her public review what she told us: she commented to our host that she had to wipe some drips from her own group off of the kitchen floor a few days into her stay. We strongly feel the house was in great shape when the guest arrived and would expect that, after a few days of use, her group would have found their own dirt on the floor.

Family Weekend

Overall, a wonderful place to stay. Our family loved it. While we did venture out each day, my family looked forward to returning to the house because there was so much to do at the property. The only note I should share, and this isn't a complaint, is that there can be a sulphur smell in the hall toward the theater room and outside on the patio. This is due to the water supply which is treated and vented outside. Regardless, the house was wonderful and it didn't prevent from us enjoying the property!

The property was fantastic. The house is amazing. The view is incredible. We grilled in the outside kitchen, we dined on the terrace and we played corn hole on the terrace. It was a little difficult to figure out the home theater, but once we figured out how to work everything, we enjoyed that very much. We were not able to get the fire pit to work. We messaged the host and they sent someone out to fix the fire pit the very next morning. We were unable to get the fire pit to work even after the host sent someone to repair the fire pit. We highly recommend The Mansion next door for dinner. All in all, we would gladly return.
