The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a quick snack or special occasion meals and features quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and a convection oven. 
Step out into the 1st floor sunroom for a morning coffee and enjoy quiet evenings on the 2nd floor balcony overlooking the inlet and Atlantic Ocean.  You’ll be amazed at the island wildlife and stunning sunsets.
All of the bedrooms feature comfortable bedding with soft, high thread count linens and spacious storage. The primary bedroom has a private ensuite.
Take in all the island has to offer from great beaches to kayaking, fishing, hiking and more. 17 Veranda is conveniently located close to all the island amenities and is only a short drive to Hunting Island State Park or the beautiful historic town of Beaufort.
Two 4 seat electric golf carts are included with your rental.
A PET MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY) - Dogs under 40lbs will be considered. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for your pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an email with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.
