102 Acre Horse Farm! Bring your horse with you!

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Cute and quaint apartment attached to our second barn. Nestled in the woods on a 102 acre horse farm. Bring your fishing gear!! We have a 17 acre private lake on site with lots of fish!! Bring your horses! Attached to your apartment is a 7 stall barn that is empty and waiting for your horses! (extra fee for horses). Our staff can care for your horses if you prefer to keep them at our 45 stall barn just below the apartment!

We are located 15 minutes from Kings Island, 25 minutes from The World Equestrian Center in Wilmington, OH and 20 minutes from Caesars Creek where there are 9.1 miles of horse trails. We are situated right between Cincinnati and Dayton, OH. Please message us if you are bringing your horse. There will be an extra charge.

Feel free to roam around our 102 acre farm. We have 20 horses located on site (horses are not available for use).

Please let us know if you will be bringing your horse or horses with you so that we can make special arrangements!!

Cost:

$50/day (per horse in attached barn - self care only)

$125/day (per horse in main barn - full care)

If you bring your horses - a grass paddock will be included with the daily rates above.

We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas. It is really quiet. I needed to prep and get some baking done in the morning for brunch. I had plenty of room and everything I needed. The place is nicely decorated and comfortable. Definitely a great choice for us while visiting family.

Great Get Away!

We came up to visit family in the area and this was such a great place to be able to decompress and enjoy the time! The rooms were clean and ready and we enjoyed the nature around! Although we don’t have any horses, the facilities were top notch!

Better experience than staying at a local hotel! Good communication with owner. Farm grounds were very nice and we did have a few horses visit us in the evening not far from the back door. Beautiful to watch. Very private and peaceful yet not far from shopping and good restaurants. Enjoyed our visit.

Beautiful Property

This property is just as explained in description. It is a beautiful home surrounded by a beautiful property. The owner was quick to respond and we loved our time here. It was clean and well stocked. The town is very close in case you want to go pick up anything you forgot or to get something to eat. We would definitely recommend this rental and we will be back! Oh and we loved Frank and Bailey!

The property is far from exceptional as it was reviewed by others (I booked based on those reviews). The actual building is not a house; it is an industrial type of garage. It is old, and there was a strong smell inside. Considering that dehumidifier was running 24/7, there was likely mold in the house. The kitchen supplies were very basic and dated (very old spoons, cookware, etc.) There were no trash bags, very little dish soap, and one sad dish sponge. The bathroom floors had engineered wood flooring like the rest of the house. There were no fans in the bathrooms, so I guess all the moisture is seeping into the bathroom floors. Right outside the front entry is the horse training field. There is horse manure pretty much everywhere near the rental. The back porch had old and dirty furniture with a small deck backed up right into the woods. There was no view to look at while drinking coffee as in the advertised pictures. The front entry had a bench with old and dirty cushions; the bench was overviewing the driveway and the woods plus manure storage (which was mostly emptied). Overall, the quality of the rental was similar to a cheap hotel except that you have more privacy and a kitchen. The area was lovely, very quiet and safe. Also close to Cinci downtown and most attractions. The owner was very nice and responsive. I was hoping for a charming country house with beautiful views as it was portrayed in the photos. I definitely did not get that. I was very disappointed.

Clean, comfortable rooms with plenty of living space. Nicely appointed kitchen, although we didn't use. Not overly fancy or luxurious but a great value for the price.
