We are sorry you were dissapoInted with your stay in our studio. You were upset about the parking, however we offer this Residence parking permit as a courtesy to our guests, as parking at the property is rare in this area of Ocean Drive unless you go to a luxury hotel and pay $60 a day. Most guests appreciate parking for $3.21 per day. You also mentioned the smell in the hallway, there are people who may cook and that may be why, but we do not experience that bad smell you mentioned. The ceiling of the apt is not stucco, we have a popcorn ceiling. Dust may accumulate near the fan and we cleaned it to make sure its dust free. The bathroom does not have mildew. However, we have cleaned It also to make sure there are no spots on the ceilIng. We have photos of both ceilings. Our building is an art deco building renovated several times and going through a recertification at this time. Many projects have been accomplished. The pool area and back of building, where it exits to the beach have been done and now we have a beautiful area to enjoy. We have plenty of photos of the property and studio, also accurate description of the studio, building and surroundings. (We do not state that we have an ocean vIew). You need to research the information before you book. Our building also offers guests free beach chairs and umbrella at the beach, I hope you enjoyed that amenity. The cost of this would have been $40 a day. We strive to Always show our guests a great experience and stay and as you can see from the many positive reviews we have. Our guests are very pleased and happy to stay in our clean and comfortable studio at Ocean Drive on the beach for such a reasonable fee. If you visit South Beach again I suggest staying in a luxury hotel with a balcony and pay $545 per day, plus $60 per day for parking.
