Host was easy to communicate with. Good layout and cozy. Great location. Appreciated how well stocked the home was. Nice to show up and not need to run out for trash bags, toilet paper, soap, detergent etc. Will definitely stay here again.

This duplex is in a great area - close to lots of shopping and restaurants while also quiet. Beautiful inside and tastefully decorated. Love the huge tv - watched a few games on it. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Being able to use the garage was a huge plus. We’ll be back - thanks!

We had a long weekend planned in Wichita for 3 friends and a child. This little 3 bedroom duplex was the perfect place for us to have our own space, but also be able to spend time together once we got done with our day's activities. There was a closet full of games which we made use of and enjoyed very much. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. A perfect little home away from home.

Great location!

We had a great stay at this VRBO in Wichita, KS! The location was perfect, close to lots of restaurants, shops, and other amenities, making it super convenient for everything we needed. The home itself was very clean and well-kept, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. It was easy to get in and out, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend this spot if you're visiting the area!

All the essentials

The property is nicely outfitted with all needed supplies. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and linens. We stayed on a holiday weekend so we expected noise from neighbors. It did go pretty late though (midnight ish) and the two bedrooms our kids slept in were closest to that neighbor which was slightly problematic. Not sure it would have been better elsewhere though given it was a holiday weekend. One thing that did bother me as a safety issue was that their patio table with a glass top had apparently broken and it was cleaned up prior to our arrival but the table was laid over in the yard part with shards of broken glass still on the edges. We just kept the kids out of the yard apart to avoid any accidents once we realized it but hopefully it gets removed soon. Overall the stay was good. We would most likely stay again.

Perfect for our family

The home was very clean and perfect for our stay. My family lives nearby so the location was great. Access was easy. Response time is very prompt. We will definitely rent again when we are in town. Thank you!

We were looking for a place for three adults to stay for three nights and were very pleased one we saw this option online. The pictures posted show a very clean tidy setting. It has begun to show constant use, with marks all over the walls, baseboards, etc.. The neighborhood was great. We were two hours down the road after we left before we were able to check our email with our checkout instructions. It would have been helpful if instructions had been posted somewhere in the house on what occupants were to do with bedding, dishes, etc. upon leaving. All in all, it was an OK place to stay, just not as pristine as the pictures show.

Birthday trip

My family and my little girls best friend met in Wichita for a first time trip together for their birthdays. The place was fabulous and met all of our needs. The host is very responsive and answered questions quickly. Def will stay here, again for any future trips to Wichita.

Clean and comfortable

Overall this was a great property. The property was clean and comfortable. The location is close to New market square which has all the food and shopping you need. The communication was very good. We realized while we were there that we needed to book an extra night and since they didn't have any immediate reservations, they were happy to accommodate us which was very much appreciated. The only negatives were that the trash bin in the garage was already full and overflowing which wasn't that big of a deal. More importantly, Wichita has recently had a significant amount of ice and snow and no attempts were made to clear or salt the area prior to our arrival. We are local ourselves and were staying there while doing a local move so we did a fair bit of shoveling ourselves that week between our 2 homes. This was particularly disappointing because we had communicated our needs for the property to be safe for my elderly mother-in-law with mobility issues. Obviously this isn't an everyday occurrence and unlikely to affect anyone else wanting to stay here because it was actually unusual weather for the area. Truly it was otherwise a fabulous place.

Excellent property and phenomenal owners.

We stayed at Crystal and Mike's VRBO for a week with our two teenagers and could not have asked for a better experience. The property was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds for all, functional bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen.The check in and checkout processes were simple and convenient and the owners were very clear on arrival and departure requirements.We wholeheartedly recommend this property for your next stay in Wichita. I know we will be looking no further!

Good repeat stay

Girls Weekend

Overall, this was a great property for our annual girls Christmas shopping weekend. Location of the VRBO was great and easy to find. The space was great, nicely decorated, but not cluttered while having enough seating for the 5 of us. It had all we needed to cook a meal for us all. The dishwasher was not functioning so we had to wash dishes by hand.
