Amazing property and Experience!

It was out first time in Cape Cod and Chatham… thus was the perfect spot for my family of 4 teens! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful stay

We loved our Chatham cottage. It was very clean and well stocked with a mini fridge full of sodas. It was decorated very well and was so charming. Location was wonderful and close to everything. Our family enjoyed the hot tub every night. Would def recommend!

Great Birthday Weekend!

This house was exactly what we needed for our family getaway to the Cape! We had a great time in the hot tub, playing poker, and watching family movies on the mega TV. Perfect location for getting to downtown Chatham, close to everything we wanted to do. We'd stay here again for sure!

Wonderful Cape Cod vacation

Our family of 10 (ages 2months through 78) had a wonderful 2 weeks in Chatham at this beautiful home. We were very comfortable, found many things to do and were only 1.5 miles from a wonderful beach. The Del Mar people were very helpful, but honestly we really didn't have issues. The house did have 9 beach towels, which was not advertised but a great convenience. Hot tub and great TV room were highlights, especially during the beginning of the Olympics.

Multigenerational family trip

The process very easy and the house ticked all our boxes. We needed a/c, 4 bedrooms with a 1st floor primary, dog friendly, and the location was great. We were close to downtown Chatham and an easy drive to the Nantucket ferry in Harwichport. The neighborhood was beautiful and fullnof hydrangeas.

Enjoyable Stay

The property was easy to find and the house was extremely well kept. It was spacious and fit a family of 5 very comfortably. Everybody had their own room. The kitchen was gorgeous and the outdoor area was beautifully landscaped. The management of the company was extremely helpful and we were able to check in 4 hours early! They responded immediately whenever we had questions. The drive to downtown Chatham was less than 10 minutes. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Great stay on the Cape

My first impression of this house was how clean and welcoming it was. The movie/ game room was a fun and comfortable place to hang out and where we spent most of our time. The neighborhood was very quiet but of course this was off season. Still enough privacy to not feel like other people were right on top of you. The hot tub was a wonderful addition. Especially after we played golf on a very cold and windy day. Overall a very nice place to relax and explore this lovely part of the Cape.

Quiet spot, great for multi-family

Everything seemed very new and clean. We loved having the family room at the opposite end of the house so the adults could stay up late talking without waking the kids. The kitchen had exactly what we needed. Rooms were huge upstairs and worked well for letting the kids bunk together. Loved the neighborhood- had two favorite walking paths to see Oyster Pond. It was on a very private road and we didn't see a car drive by all week.

Happy Days at Chatham

The house inside was beautiful. We are big Red Sox fans and watching the games in the Media Room on the large TV was great. The bedrooms were large and spacoius. The deck had very updated and attractive outdoor furnitu. Big Bonus was the large screen room for dining. The weather was not the greatest and it was great to have dinner in the screen room. The cons parking was a little tight and the street is narrow. We will be back.

80th Birthday Party Approved!

This is is even better than the photos! It is simply, but beautifully decorated and a great space to host a family gathering. We spent our weekend in the family room playing games, watching the Ryder Cup on the big screen and even had some popcorn in the maker. The dining table was perfect for family meals and the kitchen is well appointed. We also enjoyed the hot tub. We thought the location was perfect for getting to shopping, necessities and the beach. It's tucked into a quiet neighborhood with low traveled streets perfect for walks. For those whom it might matter, there were no scents, no plug ins or noticeable cleaning product /laundry detergent scents. For those who are scent sensitive, this house was neutral.

Cape Cod trip

For the first three days, the air conditioning did not work properly. The management company was extremely responsive but had difficulty getting in touch with the owner so it took a while. The only other problem with the property is that it does not have enough kitchen tools and zero potholders .

YPs Fall 2023

Young Psychologists spent 2 nights here for our Fall get a way. Very nice house with comfortable room for the 4 of us. TV room was perfect as we settled in to watch NFL games on Sunday. Only issue was trying to locate the cable channel that carried the game. Apparently there is no cable service and we were lucky to stumble onto the game on YouTube tv. Kitchen was well stocked though a basic selection of spices would have been good. We recommend that the house have a 3 ring binder as many rentals do, with instructions like how to operate the tv, gas fire pit, etc. have rented many properties and those with instruction manuals always make life easier when staying in a new place. Overall nice house. Had a good time.

Property was terrific, with plenty of space!

Great space and very clean. Plenty of room for everyone we brought, and we appreciated the hot chocolate gift. Plenty of things for children, as there a ton of books. Really appreciated the pet friendly accommodation and privacy of the home. 3 areas to note: 1. We never received a phone call that our room was ready, so we didn't get into the property until late. 2. There was limited heat in the upstairs, which wasn't too bad with the weather we had, but could have been a real issue if it were colder as our children slept upstairs. 3. 9 am checkout is really too early. Trying to get 4 small kids ready in the morning and get out on time, meant we had to skip breakfast. Overall, we would definitely use DelMar again for a property rental.

Cute house w/ space & entertainment!

This property gets 5stars with an asterisk*. It was exactly as described and had so many cute qualities. There was plenty of room for 5 of us on a girls trip from FL. The front sitting room was great for relaxation and conversation. The game room was excellent for entertainment and TV viewing in the recliners with fuzzy blankets. We did notice ants in a few rooms upon arrival which is an easy fix with traps or spray (again - we're from Florida so it wasn't that big of a deal for us). Our only hiccup was the hot tub. 1 week prior to arrival I called to ensure that the hot tub was drained/cleaned in between guests. I was told a hot tub/pool service company handled it on a weekly basis. However, upon arrival, we weren't able to see the bottom of the tub and sent an email. We were pleasantly surprised with a response email right away (on a Friday night) that someone would be over to address the concerns first thing Saturday morning. Tim, their handy/maintenance man was a GEM! He was dedicated to making sure the hot tub would be functional for us as soon as possible. Tim saved the day and we were very appreciative. Give Tim a raise :) Overall, great property. Double ovens, all the kitchen items you need, seating galore for dinners or relaxing, beds were comfortable, and extras (like blackout blinds for the screening room) were nice touches. We walked the quaint neighborhood & enjoyed the quiet evenings by the fire pit. I would recommend this property to others :)

Labor Day Weekend In Chatham

Highly recommend this property and rental agency to anyone who is lookkkg to stay in Chatham and get away for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Lovely neighborhood that is quiet and walkable to Oyster Pond river and boat landing. Will be looking yo stay again

The perfect family vacation home

The perfect family vacation home! We stayed for a week at the end of August 2022 and it was an absolute perfect property. It had every amenity you could ask for, a large backyard, and everything so close by and convenient. Would definitely recommend 100%

Horrible Quality

This house is not furnished well.. stains on the sofas, mattresses and the kitchen equipment extremely poor. The pans have all the non-stick scraped off and not healthy to use. Not enough drinking glasses to support the people in the house. Disgusting,

The 2nd floor had no heat, which meant all 8 of us had to sleep on 1st floor, was uncomfortable

1. No heat on the 2nd fl. four people were without heat the first night. 2. 9:00 a.m. is really to early for check-out. Otherwise, our stay was great. Thanks, Helen Jefferson
