The space
This is a newly remodeled home with brand new appliances and furniture's. This home boasts a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom setting. One bedroom with King bed buid in Jacuzzi , 2 bedroom with queen beds. We also have the 4th bedroom with bunk beds for the kids.
This property is self-checkin and a key code will be sent to you upon your arrival.

Please be respective of the neighbor's as if you were them.
No parties or loud gatherings are allowed.
No loud music outside the house.
No pets are allowed on this property.
No illegal substances or activities allowed.
No Smoking inside the house - there will be a fine of $350 if the smell of cigarettes are in the house or traces of cigarettes ashes are in the house.
We have the trash pickup on Monday morning, so guests that are accommodating the home on Sunday night will need to take out the trash bins and place it on the street for trash pick up.
There is a gardener that will arrive every Monday to cut the grass.
Please wash the dishes ,Clean everything left over in refrigerator and throw away trash to trash bin outside before checking out. It will be a fine of $100 .

Guest access
Guest have full access to the house . Guests can park up to four cars on the driveway and there is also parking on the street in front or beside of the house.
There is street sweeping on Wednesday mornings, so please park all vehicles on the driveway on Wednesday morning to prevent any fines.
