Riverfront Condominiums is my favorite place to stay in downtown Nashville. The location is in walking distance to everything but has the feel of being away from the crowds. So nice to sit on the balcony and watch the wildlife and the river traffic. This one bedroom unit is very small but really nice for just 1 or 2 people. Even though the sofa makes a bed, if anyone slept there, they’d be required to enter the bedroom to access the bathroom. That wasn’t an issue for us because we are a couple and didn’t need the sofa bed.

Great Nashville location

Pretty view of the river off the patio, yet really close to downtown and other great Nashville attractions. We had one minor housekeeping issue that the owner addressed quickly and completely. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Could have been cleaner. Had to scoot bed away from wall. Wrong size sheets on bed. But enjoyed watching groundhogs play in back.

The place was conveniently located near the Nashville Municipal Auditorium, which was where the event was that we were in town for. Had everything stocked inside that you might need which was appreciated, even if we didn't use much. The major downfall was the cleanliness. The couch was dirty, cob webs in a lot of corners, there were large piles of dark, long hair in the tub and on top of the toilet paper holder. The bedding and towels were not comfortable, but not a big deal considering it was a short stay and the price point.

Riverfront

The condo was clean and well supplied. The toilet needs attention as it wobbles. I would definitely stay again.

Very lovely property

The location was perfect. The patio was amazing. Very affordable. The only issue I had is it was very dusty. I dropped my phone under the couch and had to pull it out the cushions needed to be vacuumed and the floor had obviously not been cleaned underneath any of the furniture. I have an allergy to dusy. This was honestly the only issue. Furniture needs to be moved to be properly swept and mopped beneath regularly.

location location

The location.. best part of our stay. The condo is comfortable but needs some TLC. The bed is very comfortable but the towels and linens need a refresh. 1hand towel for 2 people for 4 days..not acceptable. If you are trying to "see" yourself while getting ready there is no full length mirror. The only mirrors are located in a very dimly light bedroom/bathroom area. The host was very easy to communicate with. I struggled with making my final payment.. my credit card was compromised. He was very understanding and trusted us to make sure he was paid. He did offer to send us money to purchase a mirror but that was not possible.I should have just ordered one from Amazon. The floor coming from the entry to the LR is very soft, feels like it is sinking. Will is a great host he just needs to give his property a few upgrades and cleaning agents extra guidance. The patio furniture was so dirty. I understand weather can be a factor but the place was just cleaned. Another concern was the code for the entrance. We arrived early, tried the code we were given and were able to enter. Seeing the place was still occupied even though check out was after the time we used the code. When we did check in the entry code was the same. We did not have any issues but it made me nervous. I was told the code changed after each guest but obviously that was not the case for us.Overall we enjoyed our stay..there are many things that could make this property into a great place not just okay.
