Guests will have access to the house, outdoor patio area and backyard, and car port. There is a detached garage and shed that is not accessible to guests.

The air conditioning is two window units. They are in the bedrooms upstairs. The nights in Colorado are cool and to keep the house cool open windows at night and close them during the day. The basement is an underground basement and it stays cool.

The children's play areas are available at your own risk. We ask that children be supervised during your stay.

Absolutely NO open fires are allowed. The risk of wildfire for the area is too high.The gas firepit out back is available when there is no fire ban. If there is a fire ban, the firepit will be removed. You will be asked to leave immediately if there is any fire activity.
