- house one has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen
- house two is identical with 3-bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen.
- two houses combined have a total of 7 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms.
- both houses together have a total of 5 bedrooms with high-end queen size bunk beds, 2 bedrooms have a king size in each bedroom. a total of 12 beds. 3 of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.
- included are pool/spa, bbq, outdoor dining, games and enough parking for 8 cars.
**worth noting**
- we list up to 24 total guests assuming 2 guests share each bed.
- this app only allows us to list up to 16 guests.
- there are extra charges per each guest after 12 guests.
