This is a very family oriented location

    Clean & Perfect for Our Needs

    The condo was spotless and was perfect for our needs while in West Palm Beach. The location of the property was convenient to everything and the beds were very comfortable. The host was very responsive.

    Wonderful Stay!

    This place was absolutely wonderful! My husband and teenage son stayed here for a week. We appreciated the covered garage for our car and the layout of the apartment was fantastic. Bathrooms were spacious and the kitchen had everything you would need. The laundry was a great help and super easy to use. Beds were quite comfortable and the views from the apt were great. Looking forward to staying again for sure!

    Excellent property in great location

    Excellent property in condo with a nice pool and gym. Location is fantastic -- across the street from the Kravis Center and the Palm Beach Convention Center, and easy walking to a variety of restaurants in and around Rosemary Square.But I hate to praise it too much; they may raise the rate.

    The interior unit was clean and quiet for a busy neighborhood that's right between all fun things including restaurants, shops, culture at Rosemary Square, formerly known as City Place, the Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, and the Palm Beach County Convention Center. Though it's not right out the door, thankfully there is a secure, fob entry only, single parking spot in the Resident Parking garage behind the building at 670 Hibiscus. Most close street parking is metered at 2 hours 7am-midnight. We enjoyed our stay, even used the fitness room and the lovely palm and deck chair surrounded pool and hot tub in the interior courtyard between the five story buildings that share the space.

    The space was great size for a family. Two spacious bedrooms with king comfy beds. Great bathrooms sizes Kitchen was stocked with all essentials (except a spatula. We got creative flipping eggs). Everything we needed was within walking distance. Great shopping, dining and entertainment all around. Make sure to stop at City Walk.and take in the fun atmosphere

    We had a great time! Loved the property and location. Comfortable for 2 couples. Only suggestions would be 2 fobs when 2 couples. Pool was cold. A couple owners said it use to be warmer. The hot tub was great! Would recommend this property! Was nice to be able to walk to Publix and restaurants.

    Great place to stay; we'll be back

    Beautifully furnished with complete well-stocked kitchen.Condo building located in a great location with a pool, gym, and reserved parking spot.Two suggestions:1. Mattress in larger bedroom sags and should be replaced or firmed up underneath2. A fob is needed to get into and around the building. More the one fob is required to handle 2-4 guests.

    Accommodating!

    Our family’s stay at this City Place condo was amazing. The place was immaculate and all furnishings were update! The pool was perfect for my two little ones. My wife and I took turns using the fitness center. It’s located next to several restaurants, bars, and shops. We stayed here while our 7 year old had a surgical procedure at St Mary’s hospital. He’s a Paley Patient that had a leg lengthening procedure. The building has an elevator! Everything was perfect. Checking in and out was great! Communication was quick and they even tweaked our checkout so it would be easier on our son. We would 100% stay here again. In fact we are coming back down for a quick outpatient procedure in late December/early January. This place will be our 1st choice (and we have stayed at multiple locations over the past 7 years).
