This fantastic pet-friendly vacation home is ideally located in the heart of Sunriver on a quiet cul-de-sac with just a 5-minute walk to both the Village and SHARC. This split-level charmer has 3 spacious bedrooms on the ground floor while offering all the amenities for a perfect getaway. This home comes with 8 SHARC passes, open main floor with a beautifully vaulted cedar planked ceiling, two covered decks sprawling the back side of the home, a covered hot tub, AC, wood burning fireplace, indoor and outdoor games, 7 adult and 4 youth bikes, and a BBQ.

Wonderful place to stay. So close to the Village and SHARQ, very well stocked kitchen, lots of stuff for kids if needed, private hot tub, cozy living room, comfy beds, and a great place for our Sunriver getaway. Would stay here again!

Great home for a wonderful stay in Sunriver. Lots of items for kids that we didn't need to bring with us. Lots of bikes for adults and kids too.

Family Fun!

This is our 2nd time staying at this location and it was perfect for us. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of wood for the fireplace, and is in a great location close to Sunriver Village. We will be back!!

Wonderful New Years Stay

We had a great trip at 6 Lynx over the New Year. The house was just as described, very well maintained, and had everything we could need. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to find everything we needed. The bunk room was perfect for our teen/tweens. Sarah was very responsive and I would definitely stay here again.

Quick family getaway

Fabulous location for walking to SHARC and the village. Pet friendly home as described. The only concern was that there was still a lot of pet hair in the home from prior guests, especially on the couch. We have a non shedding breed, so a little surprised but not unexpected for a pet friendly home.

Relaxing getaway!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Sunriver, and the house was exactly as advertised. Everything was very clean (even as a pet friendly property!), house is conveniently located near the village, and I’ve never seen a rental property that’s so well-stocked with everyday living essentials. Every time I thought “I wonder if the house has xxxxx,” I’d look in a drawer or cabinet and there it would be!The only thing I think it’d be helpful to know as a renter is that the layout is a split level, so if you have a crawling baby you’ll need to barricade the stairs from the living room that go to the front door.

Lovely home for two people and our two dogs

We enjoyed this home. The location was great. Close to the Village and walking trails. Well equipped kitchen. The only complaint is that the first night we tried to grill our dinner outside & the gas in the Weber ran out immediately. We had to finish our grilled fish in the microwave and couldn't use the grill for the duration of our stay. Bummer.

Could not recommend more!

Our hosts were kind, thoughtful, responsive and generous. We booked this place under difficult circumstances with one of our pets and were uncertain whether we could keep the reservation. Sarah was so thoughtful and so willing to work with us around those restrictions, to no benefit of her own. We also made a variety of requests regarding early check in and late check out that she was willing and able to accommodate. She was responsive in her replies and absolutely gracious every step of the way. I’ve never interacted with a host whose warmth and kindness came through so much over email. The home itself is a dream. It’s centrally located with a less than 10 minute walk (2 minute bike ride) to the Village, is equipped with all the kitchen necessities, and has 6 adult bikes in perfectly working order that we took out for long rides on the local bike paths on two occasions.We had a group of six and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The neighborhood is also friendly and we met other people and their dogs while there. I really couldn’t recommend Sarah or the home more!

Very well appointed, clean, everything easy. Would definitely stay again. The tiniest nit: the thermostat is in the basement and the A/C isn't supposed to be set below 70, so it can get warm upstairs in hot weather.

6 Lynx is nestled back on a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Sunriver. The home is near bike paths, making it easy to leave your car at home and explore. It's also very convenient that the Village and SHARC are just a quick 5-minute walk away from the house.

We love the two covered decks that span the back side of our home. The upper deck allows for a truly seamless indoor/outdoor living experience. The lower deck provides a private area to enjoy the hot tub and scenery, while keeping guests out of the elements throughout the year.
And what better than the sound and smell of a wood-burning fireplace to help the group wind down and keep warm on those chilly Sunriver evenings!
