"Bear Mountaini Vista" is the perfect cabin for a larger family, multiple small families, or friends who would like to stay and relax together in a new comfortable private cabin. It's very easy to relax in our cabin away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip called "The Parkway".

PRIVATE PARKING:
Parking for up to 6 cars in the driveway, depending on the size of your vehicles. Driveway is flat.

ENTRY:
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code before check-in. Check in any time after 4pm EST. Check out is 10am EST.
No late check-out or early check-in.
If you arrive early or depart late additional charges will incur.

INTERNET/CABLE:
High Speed Wireless Internet (350Mbps+) with High Speed WiFi mesh system to provide a strong signal throughout the cabin and some outdoor areas.
Do not modify or turn off the internet system of the home.
SmartTVs in each of 4 bedrooms and 2 common areas. No cable programing provided due to the multitude of streaming/screen-casting options guests typically have nowadays.

BEDROOMS:
The 4 bedrooms can accommodate up to 10 adults comfortably.
There is 1 queen sofa bed on the main level.
Maximum weight on each level of the bunk bed is 600 lbs.

KITCHEN:
Well equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, food processor, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, a regular coffee maker and Keurig machine.

LAUNDRY:
Stacked washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron

AMENITIES:
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioners, and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

SECURITY/HEALTH AND SAFETY:
Ring floodlight security camera with 24-hr video and audio recording at the front corners of the cabin that record activity on our driveway, front yard, and front porch.
NO indoor cameras.

WATER WELL:
Water service to the cabin is from a water well. The water has been tested safe to drink but we recommend guests bring their own bottled water.

GUEST CLEANING FEE:
The cleaning fee compensates our cleaning team to clean and sanitize a cabin that is left in a fair condition. If heavy or special cleaning is required after your stay, additional fees may apply.

Rental Agreement and ID: After booking, you will be prompted to sign a rental agreement, outlining the guidelines and house rules and provide identification, within 24 hours. We use approved API-connected software, allowing guests to easily sign the agreement.

**The last 1.25 driven miles to this cabin is a two-lane well-PAVED mountain road that is moderately steep at some locations and which has a few switch-back turns. Most homes with magnificent views require driving up mountain roads such as this. Bad weather or night-time driving may slow passage. Bad weather may sometimes hinder passage, however, this is very rare.**

**Bears are known to regularly visit our neighborhood...almost on a daily basis. Please remain alert and keep all car and cabin doors and windows closed and locked. Do not leave any food in your vehicle, bears will open doors and will break into your vehicle. Supervise children who are playing outdoors. There is also smaller wildlife in the area.**
