This was an excellent place to stay in Sabula! It's newly updated, modern, clean and loved the view of the river. It has the cutest fabric/yarn/coffee shop below it. Friendly staff there! We visited Savanna and Miles during our stay and this was a great central location. The host was very responsive, professional and friendly. We absolutely loved staying there and plan to stay again next year.

Great loft, comfortable king bed, well appointed kitchen and bathroom. The living area had views of the barges and tugboats on the Mississippi.Super convenient parking right outside the unit. We would definitely stay here again if in the area and recommend to others.

This was a great place to stay! It was confusing at first because the address is on Pearl, but the door is on River. The apartment is immaculately clean and modern. The host was very good with communication. The area is friendly. The bed was very comfortable!

Such a cute apartment!! On an up and coming little island with an adorable coffee shop underneath. Very clean and had all we needed. And the owner was very sweet to deal with.

Beautiful stay in Sabula.

Easy check-in; beautiful kitchen; there are stairs going up to the loft apartment. We initially had issues getting into the WiFi… but got it working by unplugging and re-plugging the router. Loved our stay and would highly recommend The Pearl!

Wonderful place to stay

Two day getaway for the wife’s birthday and this property was perfect. Clean, fresh, and new. Had never been to sabula before but had a very relaxing time wandering around the island and visiting the nearby towns. Highly recommend staying at the pearl. Ice cream shop, small diner, and river front bar all within a block of the property.

Very Nice Spot

My husband and I visited family in Thomson and chose this VRBO over the Savannah Inn & Suites (our regular booking). We were very happy with our choice - this newly renovated 2nd story walkup loft with views of the Mississippi was perfect - clean, spacious, well furnished, and extra special touches (coffee, a few every day condiments, kitchen baggies, cleaning supplies, etc.). As long as this rental is available, we will book it when we visit the Sabula area!!

Easy serine spot

Everything as described and pictured. Relaxing view. Kitchen was fully functional and plenty of space. Comfortable and clean. Communication with manager was excellent. Very nice spot.

Cute space

This space worked well for just my sister and I to stay for a few days. The kitchen and bathroom were great, lots of towels and necessary items available to us. Love the kitchen island. Only one comfy chair to sit in while watching tv was tricky so my sister used the trundle bed space. Bedroom was great other than no bedside table lamp. Host was great at communication and very helpful with my questions. It was a good home base for our adventures.

There’s quite a few steps to get upstairs. There was not a bedroom door so if you have four people, you don’t get a lot of privacy. But overall, it was a very clean nice place good view of the river.
