Located on 10 acres of private land at the end of a gravel road. Enjoy your own private cove, white sand beach, dock, floating island and lily pad. Paddleboards, kayaks and canoe provided for your use (Seasonally).
Enjoy relaxing on the covered wraparound porch, large grassy yard with bonfire pit, yard games, BBQ, Blackstone, with seating and outdoor dining furniture all while looking out at the river.
Bring your own boat and explore one of the largest lake and river systems in the country!

Interior features a well equipped kitchen, living room with sectional couch and 60" TV. Main level features one bedroom with queen bed, one bathroom (shower only), kitchen, living room, and laundry. Down the steps is a bunk room with 2x triple stacked bunk beds (6x beds) + queen & twin bunk bed, 1-bedroom with queen bed, and one bathroom (shower only).

--Please note this is an older cabin not a luxury new house so there is normal wear and tear, and mid level finishings. Its comfy, secluded and a great place for a family getaway --

-Limited Cell Service

-TV does not have cable or internet connection, you must stream off your phone/tablet/computer (cables provided) or use the DVD/Blu-Ray player.

-Gravel road with 10mph speed limit for last .3mi

-20min drive to nearest amenities (gas, grocery, dining..) in Priest River, 30-minute drive to Sandpoint

-You will have to sign a Release of Liability and Occupancy Agreement prior to Arrival.
(You will be required to provide a photo of your ID, current email address, and sign or e-sign contract before arrival).

-Cove is big enough to get a boat to the dock if you are a competent navigator.

-Water level fluctuates seasonally, it is fully up End of June through Labor Day. When water is not fully up the slough will be inaccessible by boat.

-No Boat Launch on property. Nearest launch is 4-miles away at Willow Bay Marina (fee to launch), or 7-miles at Morton Slough (free).

-There are risks associated with this property, kids must always be monitored by an adult when outside and by the water. An adult must always be present when children are using kayaks/paddleboards or doing any other activity near or on the water.

-Checkout Will Require 15-minutes of tasks including: Light Cleaning, Putting Kayaks/Paddleboards and Furniture where they were upon arrival. Taking Out Garbage.

-Not Hunting or killing of any wildlife on or around the property.

-Fishing is allowed - Please check Idaho State and Bonner County Requirements and acquire proper fishing permits (if required) before fishing.

-Bonfires are allowed in the designated pit unless there is an active burn ban. Please refer to Selkirk Fire & Rescue's website for current restrictions. - Wood is not provided, must bring your own wood or purchase at any of the stores in Priest River, Sandpoint or Spirit Lake.
