Spacious, Clean Home in Town w/ King En Suite & Hot Tub

Enjoy this stylish, clean and well maintained home in a quiet neighborhood while also being just a half mile to downtown Sandpoint! The landscaped back yard includes a hot tub that is cleaned and maintained between each guest, an in-ground fire pit, and a new propane bbq. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook-in! We’ve provided quality, 100% cotton bedroom and bathroom linens, complimentary Netflix account (+ other available apps), DVDs & games! This home is well looked after and is thoroughly cleaned each and every time. We’ve left you a manual with all of the home details you’ll need and our favorite local recommendations!

3.6 mi to the Schweitzer shuttle (base of Schweitzer) and 1 block to the SPOT bus stop.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS
*All beds are made with 100% cotton, quality sheets and all towels are 100% cotton. All bedrooms have a fan.

Bedroom #1- Spacious master en suite with a king bed, (Bathroom #1) including a double vanity, jetted tub, shower and toilet room. We’ve provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, curling iron and other basic toiletries. There is also a walk in closet and a pack and play stored in the closet.

Bedroom #2- One queen bed, closet

Bedroom #3- Two twin beds and, closet

Bathroom #2- Upstairs, full bathroom with sink, toilet and bath/shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, basic toiletries provided.

Bathroom #3- Downstairs half bath

KITCHEN/DINING
The kitchen includes all of the equipment you’ll need for cooking-in plus a Kitchen Aid mixer, crock pot, basic oils, spices and condiments and complimentary coffee, tea and sugar.

There’s a fun dart machine in the dining room and darts included in the pantry. It does need quarters to play.

THE LIVING ROOM
The fireplace offers cozy atmosphere in the winter.

We’ve provided a complimentary Netflix account and there are many other apps available you can sign in to. There is also a DVD player, DVD’s, games and books.

OUTSIDE
In the fenced, landscaped back yard there is a hot tub that is cleaned and maintained between guests, a new propane grill and outdoor seating for 6. There’s a plum tree in the front yard you’re welcome to help yourself to when it’s in fruit!

PARKING
There is room for two cars in the driveway and free street parking,

As the property manager, I set a high standard for home maintenance, cleanliness and communication with guests. I personally stop by between guests to confirm all is well and ready for you. I have a fast response rate should you have any questions during your stay.

No pets. Also, please use the hot tub, but know that if it needs drained because of misuse, you will be charged an additional $150 to empty, clean and refill for the next guests.
